Their "Deep Clean" service included organizing things that were strewn all over the place, vacuuming, moping, dusting, and cleaning floors, countertops, doorframes, appliances, etc. Engaging them was easy with a few Yelp messages and then the appointment was set up for the next day. Sent them some images of the areas so they knew what to expect and then they came and their team cleaned the whole house as requested. Whenever I need a full cleaning of the house ever again, I definitely am calling them back! 5 Stars!

My wife and I have used Love My Maids (LMM) ever since we moved to Grand Prairie, Texas in 2017…read more Throughout these many months we have had about four steady, wonderful cleaners from LMM work in our home. Chris, "Speedy Dee" and May were five star material. Dee moved on to a new opportunity, which is when we got May. Then, when we needed to adjust the schedule for cleaning our home, it did not work well with May's schedule. So, now we are on our next cleaner, Jennifer, who I am glad to report is also a five star cleaner! Jennifer is professional, courteous, prompt and asks us for details each time she arrives. For example, we asked her to keep my pillows on my side of the bed and my wife's pillows on Tara's side of the bed. After she was done getting the master bedroom straightened up, she came back around and asked us to look and see if it was the correct way. It was! Jennifer then took a picture of how we wanted our bed done and said that is how it will be done from now on. YAY! I really like it when details get done correctly, and it is clear that Jennifer is the type of cleaner that wants to get those kind of details right for the customer. Jennifer also introduced our home to her Shark steam mop. It leaves our tile floors very nice and clean without a residue that regular mops can leave behind. Before then, I didn't know we needed to be steam mopped! Jennifer has definitely spoiled us on that. Tara and I are picky about cleaners because we both work from home. The cleaners we have had with LMM have been so pleasant to work with and have all been very considerate of working around our little projects in our home offices. They have accommodated us by not vacuuming nearby while we are on the phone and by respecting when an office door is closed. When we are out of the home on a cleaning day, if they need details or they need to tell us something of interest, the cleaners have always communicated well via text. Thank you, Jennifer and Love My Maids, for being so good to us and doing such good work.

Man, I wouldn't have ever stopped using them had I not moved and even asked if they had services in Austin. I don't recommend any one do this, but It got to the point where I'd just leave my place while they cleaned and went to the gym for an hour or so leaving the apt unattended. Again don't do that, it's just not safe. Also, after some time, I no longer even bothered checking on things and just knew it would be cleaned properly. They never moved things around so that you end up losing stuff and never got in the way. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Now I'm dreading getting a new cleaning service.

I started using Mess Masters a couple of years ago, and I wish I'd started ten years ago. I was…read morevery resistant to having someone clean my house for several reasons. First, I feel guilty having someone else clean my house even if I am paying them. I feel this way about other services, too, like pedicures. It also makes me feel weird to have someone I don't know in my house. Finally, I didn't like paying someone to do something for me that I could easily do myself. It felt wasteful. EVEN THOUGH I AM LAZY AND NOT GOOD AT CLEANING. Mess Masters is owned by Sara. She came to our house and gave an estimate and explained how everything would work. They use natural, eco-safe products and require you to provide some of the supplies. They have several different options for cleaning. It's not cheap, but I don't think it's expensive either. The price depends on how often you clean and how big your house is. Also, they do one deep clean the first time since you probably don't clean as well as they do. I have never lived in a place as clean as my house after Maria cleans it. Maria is the best, and she is also very nice. She does little extra things sometimes and surprises us. This just makes me happy. I still feel guilty, but the guilt is less when I walk around my hard wood floors and I don't have pieces of dirt sticking to my feet. The floors are so clean they squeak! I love Mess Masters; they are very easy to work with and do a fantastic job. Unfortunately, Mess Masters does not currently clean north of 635 or in high rise buildings. You might want to move so you can use them!

Initial promised price - $152.99 for a regular cleaning with kid friendly supplies…read more I was made to sign a document, without first receiving any confirmation on the time they'd visit - which was fine I guess. Though, they gave me a time slot that was outside the scope I asked for making me rush things to accommodate for them - this was a bit unwanted. Maids arrived on time, they don't speak or understand English, only Spanish. I walked them through the house. The moment they saw master bathroom, the in-charge maid started saying something in Spanish. She didn't see the shower area or the tub by that time, but made a call saying my place needs a deep cleaning, saying the bathrooms are in need of deep cleaning and not regular, asking to charge me some $80 bucks more or so. Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days. Sharing an after picture of the shower floor ( it's a rented house, and these are stains that don't come off, which they decided not to check first but just charge more and leave as is). Feel like I was ripped off.
