When my daughter picked her phone up, she noticed the quality of the screen was very poor. The front facing camera was visually grainy which affected FaceTime, videos, and camera quality. My daughter ended up going back to have it looked at and Raj and Adeel let her know that it was her screen protector. They removed the screen protector which doesn't make sense at all, but my daughter left thinking that everything was resolved. Wrong, the quality of the front camera was still an issue with no change or improvement. She also purchased the screen protector from the store and never received a refund. She came back a third time and they ended up replacing the screen. Usually, second time's the charm right? Not this time. The quality was exactly the same. My daughter tried messaging through Yelp to find a resolution, but her messages were completely ignored. I'm disappointed in the customer service this store provided although having a good rating. My daughter had to find a more reliable and dependable store to have her screen replaced. So far, it's as new as the day we bought it. Not to mention that the new store we went to was very friendly, fast, and provided a warranty. Having to pay for another store's failure is unpleasant.

It was letting me check out and add a new line but I was worried that it would generate a new phone number instead of transferring his over. The deals online are slightly better than what you can get in a store (strangely enough it was offering an extra $200 credit that we couldn't get through the store). However, the headache saved, we just wanted to get it done and over with. George was so incredibly pleasant and helped us with all of our questions and also getting his phone transferred over and upgraded through the trade in offer. He was patient and got everything we wanted done. The only unfortunate part is that they didn't have a stock of all iPhone colors of the newest model which was strange since it's already 2 months post launch. Regardless, we're so happy with the service and if there are any Mandarin or Cantonese speakers, they're fluent and would be able to assist that demographic as well.

After switching to Verizon with my family, my phone would not receive text. I tried dealing with…read morethe tech team for over 8 hours thought multiple calls and there was no fix for me. After a week of trying to get it work, it was determined by the tech team that I would need to change my provider for it to work properly. I was told that because it wasn't our fault my phone didn't get texts that we could have the fees waived. I informed the service team that we need to change services and what has happened, we mailed back in the phones and paid off my wife's phone as she had been there for 2 years prior through work. After moving to T-Mobile and a month later we then get a bill for over $1200 saying that they don't have the phones and we need to pay for the service. After providing the tracking number they gave me, they saw the phones were delivered over 2 weeks ago and were in their wearhouse. After another week they call me back saying they found the phones, but I still have to pay for the service. Even though I was told over a month prior I wouldn't need to and refunded $16 for over payments, I now owe $100 for the service and have to pay back the $16. This is not how you should do business and definitely not a provider you should go with.

This year, I experimented with AT&T wireless business internet as a potential cost savings measure. The AT&T internet was advertised at $65 per month. This would have been a decent monthly savings if it worked as well as Comcast. I gave it a few months but the AT&T internet did not work as well as Comcast. Additionally, it was not $65 per month, it was $77. The extra $12 per month was equipment fees and taxes. So I cancelled AT&T, and immediately sent the router equipment back. However I was charged $237 for the equipment, despite the fact that we returned it in perfect condition. I was also charged an additional month, for a total of $314. When I called AT&T, I was told that I had a 30 day grace period from the time I started the account in order to return the equipment. Since I evaluated it a few months, apparently I missed my opportunity to send it back for a refund. This was NOT explained when I started the account. Beware of these scam artist. If you sign up for AT&T business internet, you are not renting the equipment, you are buying it.

I looked up the closest Metro store and decided to drive there so that I could activate her phone. Abdul was able to help activate my mom's phone and I am truly grateful. He was friendly and attentive. This location doubles as a water store. You can activate, buy or pay for your phone bill and get water. Will definitely be back if ever my mom needs help in the future.
