Then my boyfriend found Heidebreicht Chevrolet and introduced me to Mr. Steven Wilks. Steven greeted us right away, and his mix of professionalism, friendliness, politeness, and real mechanical knowledge made him stand out from all the other salesmen I had met on my journey. No pressure, no fluff--just honest guidance and a clear understanding of what I needed. (And with a smile!) :) Even when I backed out of my first choice, Steven didn't flinch. He showed NO signs of disappointment. He understood how I felt, so he encouraged me to find something I truly loved, (which mattered to me, once again I knew I was at the right place, with the right salesman), I felt respected, and that my business mattered..like he actually WANTED my business..and then.... I did....I found one. I truly fell in love with this car. He walked me through each and every detail--from financing to paying cash--with full patience and clarity. While other dealerships turned me away for having a modest budget, Steven made it work, and he made it easy. Now I'm driving a car I LOVE, a car that I NEVER thought I'd be able to afford, a car other dealerships turned my away from with my budget. I'll absolutely be back, just not anytime soon..I'm enjoying this car & think I will be for a long time.     Worst Service Experience Imaginable - Beware the Service Department!…read more​I purchased a used 2016 Silverado from Heidenbreicht Chevrolet and had a great experience with the sales team. However, the service department has been a complete nightmare, and I urge anyone considering buying a vehicle here, especially a used one, to proceed with extreme caution. ​Within one month of purchase, while the truck was under full warranty, I brought it in for issues with hard shifting and transmission hesitation. ​Initial Refusal: Over the course of three separate visits, the service department insisted there was "nothing wrong" with the truck, despite my clear and repeated concerns. The staff was rude, dismissive, and demeaning, making me feel like my concerns were invalid. ​Management Intervention: I had to escalate the issue to management before they finally agreed to investigate. They eventually replaced the transmission wiring harness, assuring me the problem was solved. I immediately informed them that the issue was not fixed, but they swore it was fine and sent me on my way. ​Now, shortly after the warranty has expired, my truck has major transmission failure. I am left with a large repair bill and several years of payments remaining on a defective vehicle. ​Had the Heidebreicht Chevrolet service department simply done their job and properly diagnosed and fixed the transmission when I first brought it in--repeatedly--the repair would have been 100% covered under warranty. ​Instead, the only "solution" offered by Marissa was a measly $1,000 off a repair that is now going to cost thousands out of my own pocket. This offer is insulting and shows a complete lack of accountability for their negligence. ​In summary: The sales process was fine, but the service department is dishonest, incompetent, and unprofessional. They actively ignored a major problem while the truck was under warranty, resulting in significant financial damage to me. Do not trust their service department.

No word from sales/finance/owner lol. NOTHING. NO ONE said a word to us and we were planning on finalizing this weekend! Before you ask, yes, they knew when we would be purchasing and were fine with it as long as we made the deposit....OBVIOUSLY NOT!! HORRIBLE customer service!! Needless to say, but we will NEVER buy from here nor have service done here and believe me when I tell you we will be telling anyone and everyone about our experience and they too won't buy or have service done here!! DO NOT GO HERE!! SHADY BUSINESS!! Btw, the salesman originally showed us a truck that was brand new and yet had a dented bumper and scuffed paint and a noise coming from the vent when you turn on the heat. When we brought it up the man was not even aware of the issues and said they'd "fix them"--whom in their right mind would buy a brand new car or truck that is damaged and needs to be fixed?! What?!?! No, we expect them to be in perfect condition, they're NEW!!! Would he not think to look at the truck--I'm sure glad we did! Do their cars and trucks not go through an inspection when they're received before going into inventory?! Would you trust someone or a company who was trying to pull a fast one on you?! Would you ever buy a used car/truck from this dealership, when they can't even properly inspect a brand new truck; how much attention is going into a trade in or a "certified" used car/truck?! JUST HORRIBLE all around!! We're beyond grateful that we narrowly avoided this sale with Bill Serra, at this shady GMC dealership and our hope is to spread the word of our experience AND to prevent anyone else from a bad sale or being scammed!!! RUN!!!

    I purchased a used Cadillac XTS from Serra Buick GMC Cadillac. This purchase was via the internet,…read moresight unseen. Requesting information, Ken Wozniak reached out to me. Ken was able to send me loads of photos. Satisfied what I saw, I informed Ken I was interested in purchasing the Cadillac. I place a down payment via my AMEX. While the car was being prepped, I requested a front license plate bracket. Illinois requires two plates. Serra took care of that for me. After the XTS was prepped for delivery, I took a five-hour drive to pick it up. First time I saw the car, was when it was sitting up front waiting for me. As I was looking at the car, Ken greeted and assumed it was me. After chatting, we stepped into his office and finalized the paperwork. Everything went smooth. The vehicle is just how Ken described it, and I very happy with my purchase.

The car was titled to Pennsylvania wrecked and fixed and auctioned in New Jersey which I believe is where savvy bought the car from and then never had it notarized or titled at to any of their dealerships. I wonder since for it to be titled/notarized and was needing a rebuild title because they had to have to inspected it. I dont if they didn't want to pay for it or it they didn't think it would pass. From the reviews I've noticed most shouldn't have passed. I'm this company can't keep doing this to people. I used every last dollar I had because I has just Lost my husband and couldn't take a risk making payments with the way the economy Had been. The car I and dreamed of for years I found in their online location. I located it in Indiana paid 5000 for deposit plus traded in my other civic for 9500, and then when tbe Honda clivic SI was delivered few days later and paid out more cash for the vehicle. Then I found out they charged me $799 for a GPS that I told them I didn't need since I own the vehicle and was not financing. They said oh we will remove it and never did and I callsd the company of the GPS cause Abby said id get a insurance deduction, another lie. If I wouldn't have met nice cops, after several months of having to drive with illegal tags I had on it still It was the police officer had a friend at the DMV and they were nice enough to help the paperwork so that my husband had just passed away and didn't have any other I didn't know what I was doing, and they saw me calling Auto Savvy. They tried to say that they would fax a copy of a from you the car was never titled in Utah. Everything they did was illegal. I am now contacting a lawyer. This needs to be stopped because I see that still doing it all over the country. CHECK THE BBB FOR AUTO SAVVY, I'm coming with lawyers. I'm not hurt and neither are my kids that ride it. But some of the other stories I read on the BBB have not been so lucky my pain and suffering will be taken care of, but I wanna make sure the most important is they this to people you cannot do that to people and hold your head high and think it's OK to make money on other people suffering and they wonder why the world is the way it is it's because of people like this I have many many more pieces of paper showing every document signed given many misconstrued and overcharged for things I should not have been charged me a lawyer will be called will be handled. beyond wrong for somebody to do I have attempted to call them to get the title straight and that's how I end up having it impounded and they kept blowing me off even when I told them I was at the police department trying to get it handled. They said they were going to fax over notarized to me as soon as possible, which you can't do Because it's legal it has to be done in person. The fact this company can continue to do this and get away with. It is just beyond me. I just wanted to show you the title. In fact the car I handed in in December when the police officer was looking into the title the original looked into the car that I had handed into them as a trade-in and they said it was in California and still in my name something in that car with them in my I could be in a lot of a lot of trouble like if that person were to kill somebody in that car I would go to jail for manslaughter or something stupid like that.     I am writing this to warn others about the extreme lack of competence at this service center. My…read morevehicle was held here for 145 days due to service transmission and limited performance. My Jeep wrangler would not go over 45mph. During that time, I was given constant excuses, experienced poor communication, and felt like my vehicle was never a priority. After nearly half a year of waiting with no results. I received a call saying it was my recall clutch that they originally put in, and they needed to be approved from warranty for a second recall. I had my Jeep for 43 hours and a service transmission notification came across my screen and my Jeep instantly lost speed and would not go over 45mph. I called Jim Reihls and was felt like an inconvenience. I went to Moran in port Huron. The difference was night and day. The new team diagnosed and fully repaired the exact same issue in just one week. It's clear now that my car was sitting untouched or misdiagnosed for months at Jim Reihls. Ivan the service repair manager told me it was at their dealership for 145 days due to being lost in the system. Even though I had a loaner vehicle and had to resign rental agreements multiple times and called to check on the status of my jeep. If you value your time and need your vehicle fixed correctly, go elsewhere. This experience was beyond unacceptable!
