The good. The sales girl was nice. That was the ONLY good part of my experience.
The bad. I went in to purchase a vehicle. At NO TIME during ANY correspondence was in informed that the truck i bought was a REBUILT truck. I did NOT find out about it until it came time to sign the paperwork and to finance. When it came time to sign paperwork, i was told that ALL the paperwork was ready to sign when i came in. It was not. I WAITED over 2 hours to have paper work drawn up. Come to find, ALL the paperwork that was signed was ALL photocopies. NOTHING was ready. Even the contract was a photocopy. Then, while going through all the things about this, they took it upon themselves to include some gps tracking unit. Something that was NEVER asked for, it was automatic. An automatic $700 for the thing. I was quick to find it, and remove it. No telling who else has access to that gps info. All of this is just Shady, just like the finance manager, Corey, or however you spell the thief's name, who was a joke to talk to, when i could talk to him. Couldn't hold up to his own word. When i told the sales girl that it would be nice to have some gas in it, she claimed she would talk to the boss. She never did. I drove away with NO gas in it. I got 5 miles down the road and the light came on. When i got in the truck to drive off, there were NO floor mats in the truck. EVERY vehicle before this had them. Yes, it DOES matter. The next day it rained, which is when i found bad windshield wipers. Now, if this truck was just rebuilt, and gone through, and detailed, which was NOT done prior to delivery, they should have been changed. Guess it was an inconvenience. When driving home the day of deliver, it was odd that the headlight was aimed way up in the air, essentially blinding oncoming drivers. After i got home, i went online and did some investigation on my own. I found this truck to have had drivers side damage that spanned from the front left fender, to include the headlight, thru back door, and into the bed side. I was only informed that the drivers door was damaged. Another lie. Now, upon inspection, in the dark anyway, youd see that the repairs looked pretty good. In the day light, you can see what they repaired. The paint on the hood is NOT good, as Stevie Wonder could have painted it better. The drivers side headlight was replaced with a used one, which has the chrome trim falling off of it. The front door seal is NOT completely attached, as its missing clips. The steering column has a loose lock plate. How do i know? i can hear it when the wheel is turned. The key locks were changed, to include the ignition. door locks, glove box locks, and even the center console storage lock. What they DIDNT do was change the lock that protects the the spare tire apparatus, which is also NOT complete, and did NOT have a spare tire. I'm actually shocked that the factory jack is in the truck. The tailgate lock wasn't even changed. Windshield washer reservoir bottle was changed, but doesn't even have a cap on it. Now, after having had the truck for a month and a half, i have to have the front suspension worked on. After the experience i have had so far, i firmly believe that trying to call them will be a complete waste of time.
In the end, STEER CLEAR of this dealer. They are a joke. Plain and simple. read more
