Took my car for a wash: decided to go with $30 interior and exterior wash. Added was of all plastic and carpet mats, with tip. Total ended up being about $47. Overall big disappointment. It was a quick wash through the machine that would normally cost $12 elsewhere. Interior was not cleaned properly. Waste of money. They were fairly quick and were super busy with lines almost to the road.

$32 plus a $5 tip and my car is still dirty inside and out. I noticed on the way home they neglected to wipe down passenger interior door and under glove box. When I got home I went to the trunk to get an armor all wipe and the entire trunk area and below was still speckled with dirt. Then I noticed the rest was of the car was still dirty. It should have been run through again. Unacceptable. Why would the guys dry off dirt and not flag the car to be rewashed? If this is "Bills Best" I'll do it myself next time for $8. Never again.

I usually always take my car to get cleaned in and out here and they are pretty good! Although this time there was still a lot of dirt on the side of my car and on my door, I told the guy and he fixed the dirt on the door but the ones behind my tires was still dirty but I was fine with it. I still would highly recommend them since 95% of the time it's perfect

Still the best place for a complete car wash. And they keep things moving to get you through. Only place we go.

I usually go here and get Bills Best after the summer and sometime during the spring to get the major things cleaned up.

I come here semi regularly for a few different reasons. It's close to home, convenient, and honestly, they do a halfway decent job. Even when they were under a different name, they were still pretty good. Prices here have, for the most part, stayed the same over the years. The basic wash is $7 and actually isn't half bad. The next one up is $9, and I rotate between the two. Staff here is friendly and quick, so no qualms there. I never spend a lot of time waiting even when it's busy with a line. They don't offer vacuuming of any kind, but you do get a hand dry by two guys when you exit, after the hurricane force blowers almost take out your car. (I kid, I kid.) You can tip if you'd like, but not obligated. Side note of why I like this place besides convenience and location: It seems like in the past few years, all these new car washes keep popping up like weeds across town. Most of them are good, but for a self service drive thru car wash, Why am I paying 15 dollars to an automated machine and leave with spots on my car and dirt film in certain places? I find that drive through car washes tend to miss the same spots consistently. Usually around the license plate area and underneath my break light area is where the scrubbers in the wash tend to not get all the dirt off. I've asked a few times for the guys here to scrub in those areas so my car is clean and consistently they do a fabulous job of it. Also, they don't try to sell you or have a membership here. That's another new thing in the market today. While there's nothing wrong with a membership, I literally do not want or need one. The guys here also don't charge a ton which is also another great thing. I know I mentioned this earlier, but it really is wonderful. They also have a second location somewhere off John R, which I have yet to try. But, I will keep going here because they really are good.

Pricing about average for the area, from around $12 to about $30 for exterior. Easy entry to wash, new equipment and pretty lights. LOL. No hand drying at least the day I was there, blowers did a better than average job. Got 90% of the crusty ice off the car, and minimal streaking from dirt, which makes me think at least the rinse water is clean/filtered.

I pulled in on a Sunday morning and it was quiet with just a few cars already there. I wanted to clean out my car a bit before I ran it through the wash, but they have this place set up a certain way that you cannot do that. You have to pay first, run the car through the wash and then you clean out your car afterwards. The washes start at $10 and to my knowledge, they only accept charge cards. Everything here's automated, so no cash accepted. After I got the $10 car wash (their basic wash which is all I needed) I pulled into the cleaning area. It's a bit confusing because they say free window cleaner and all purpose cleaner. I spent a few minutes trying to figure out where it exactly that was. After searching the area I found these machines up against the wall that you pump with your foot on the free towels to wipe stuff down. I did some vacuuming and rearranging and used the microfiber cloths to clean up a little bit on the inside. The vacuums work great and you can place the used towels in a container near your parking spot. There's also large garbage cans that were in good working order for any trash you may need to dispose of. I just find it odd that they have this place "on lock down" for cleaning your car. You can't just pull up, vacuum and clean unless you've paid, run your car through the car wash and then park. Once you leave, you exit through this lifted arm, so make sure you have everything before you go! Not a bad place, I just find it a bit backwards for my liking. I did enjoy the clean environment, towels, cleaning solution and the efficiency of the place overall.
