Horrible location! Paid 20$ for my wash and they were dead slow, literally like 10 employees get to drying the car and the barely even dried half of the car left the car all wet and got me out of there in 10 seconds. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here. read more

Called Mr C's about interior detailing and was told I needed an appointment. I made an appointment for the following weekend and showed up 10 min beforehand. i was told to park my car and give them the key and it would be 2 hours. I waited in the lobby and watched car after car come through and get detailing done, but mine sat outside. After an hour and a half I went to see what was going on and was told it was a first come first serve service. I informed them I was told I needed and appointment, which I had, and I had been there before any of the cars they were working on, but they were not going to take my car until later. So I got my keys and left. Very bad customer service. read more

Took my car for a wash: decided to go with $30 interior and exterior wash. Added was of all plastic and carpet mats, with tip. Total ended up being about $47. Overall big disappointment. It was a quick wash through the machine that would normally cost $12 elsewhere. Interior was not cleaned properly. Waste of money. Really happy with Mr. C's Car Wash. Today, after wash, I noticed some scratches that were not on my truck before the wash. I brought the matter to the attention of Manager, Owen. He immediately had one of his specialists wheeling the scratches out. There is not even a trace of the scratches. There was no charge for the work and no wait to get the correction done. I just moved here and was super excited to find this place. So far I've been here twice, got the "Bills Best" both times and am super disappointed. I actually had to re-clean certain places because they must have used dirty rags (inside back glass was super greasy). They never open the trunk to wipe it down, the dashboard and surrounding area is not cleaned with anything. I'm better off paying 5$ to drive through some cheap place and cleaning myself. I always tip 5-10$ but won't be back to this place unless they can do better. "Bills Best" isn't that great.... read more

I remember when Mr. C opened, great job, good service, clean vehicle. Again today exterior surfaces with visible dirt. Food jams not cleaned, rear bumper looked at and dry cloth smeared, passenger surfaces poos SHAP, driver's side no better. Yes they were busy, because I drive a truck maybe the don't think it matters. It's a new truck, I wouldn't pay $30 to have it cleaned if I didn't care. Assign an inspector and charge another dollar. We want what you promise, a clean vehicle. read more

$32 plus a $5 tip and my car is still dirty inside and out. I noticed on the way home they neglected to wipe down passenger interior door and under glove box. When I got home I went to the trunk to get an armor all wipe and the entire trunk area and below was still speckled with dirt. Then I noticed the rest was of the car was still dirty. It should have been run through again. Unacceptable. Why would the guys dry off dirt and not flag the car to be rewashed? If this is "Bills Best" I'll do it myself next time for $8. I've been here several times over the years and usually had a good experience. Just went again and very disappointed. After waiting in line and finally getting inside the tunnel, the machinery stopped and I was stuck inside for 10 minutes waiting for it to turn back on. When I finally got out to the area where they try and detail, it took quite a while as well. so after a 45 minute experience they told me my vehicle was ready. I hopped in and took off. Looking around I could see that they didn't do a very good job vacuuming or wiping down things. I'm headed home now to re-clean the interior of my vehicle. For 30 bucks this is super disappointing and I Will think twice about returning. read more

I usually always take my car to get cleaned in and out here and they are pretty good! Although this time there was still a lot of dirt on the side of my car and on my door, I told the guy and he fixed the dirt on the door but the ones behind my tires was still dirty but I was fine with it. Always understaffed, mediocre job done at best. Friendly staff and clean waiting area but by the time your car gets out of the wash it takes so long before they are able to hand dry your car it's left with water stains. I recommend going to the mr. c on 18 mile and hayes. read more

When we got back in the vehicle, the front seats were not vacuumed!, the back of them was still full of mud, and the floor in the front had grass still. One of the cubbies was not vacuumed. $20 for a car wash and I'd have to say it's less than satisfactory. Dirt streaks left on body after drying and the tire shining/rim cleaning is a joke. Losing faith in Mr. C's! Have been going to 26 Mile but got tired of tires being half armor allied, bumpers not wiped, door jambs not wiped after paying $32. I tried the location on 23 Mile hoping to see an improvement since they recently acquired it. First wash was satisfactory for $20 and at least the tires were entirely treated. Unfortunately since the 1st visit the quality has gone down. Need a good car wash, don't mind paying, but it would be nice to get what you pay for. read more

2 stars for the friendly staff, paid 32$ and had to come home and actually clean the interior myself. You could clearly tell it was one of those rough mornings for the young kids cleaning as the dash and carpets were done half ass. Super half-ass job these days. Used to be the best wash in town, but going down the tubes fast. Car still wet and windows still filthy after leaving. This is Bill's Best? The "tire shine" is a complete joke, why do they even waste their time? Most of the kids walk around dazed and confused. Girls work harder than the guys. More than once I've seen guys walk around aimlessly and high-five and bro-hug their buddies as they come in. That's fine, but clean my car too. They really need to start staffing their mornings better, I have a monthly membership for the Bills Best wash and I'm about 95% sure the grey shirt gentlemen which I think is a manager sent me thru the wash for the same wash as the gentlemen in front of me as I had not yet received my slip to show my wash and there was no communication between the two employees. I come here almost daily and the mornings are always way too understaffed. I suppose I will need to ask the attendant next time I come in what button is for the bills best and watch them more carefully as I don't like paying for something that I'm potentially not receiving. Not the service that they used to provide. Prices keep going up and quality is going down. Apparently they no longer pre wash vehicles. You know this has been my favorite car wash if you need your car cleaned inside and out. They usually do a great job with the dog nose smears in the windows and foot prints on the seats however sad to say , I was there last Thursday and it was a little backed up at the exit where they do the interior but I've seen it worse and had a good experience however not this time. I was in stall 2 and even asked the guy if he could get my seats real good and he gave me a dismissive nod but they were busy so I gave him a pass, gave him a $5 tip and went on my way. I got into my back seat the next day and it wasn't even touched! I was pissed! I not only paid $18 for the car wash plus a $5 tip and that's what I got in return VERY DISAPPOINTING. Stopped by again to have my wife's car washed. She likes Mr. C's carwash. I paid for the basic wash and vacuum just to see the difference. They did a nice job! Nothing worse or better than the $50 wash and wax I got for my truck. This is where it gets interesting! I went inside to the cashier for change to tip the workers. I asked, " I paid for the hand applied wax last time and didn't get it?". The cashier told me it's not hand applied, as advertised!! It's just a spray they put on your car before they dry it. So that's why I give them another 1 star. False advertising and inconsistent services! But, like I said in my last review, do not pay for anything other than the basic wash! Got the basic wash for 7 bucks...Did an excellant job! Took my atena off before entering the wash....after they crew took their time in towel drying my vehicle, even air blowing my mirrors, ya know, so when you leave the excess water doesnt that lays in the side mirrors doesnt pour out and streak! My husband buys me a $200 gift card at Christmas each year. This gift is a treat! Last year I had some issues when I'd ask for the works for my small suv to be cleaned. I decided to come back and have the manager be aware of my issues. They took care of it and couldn't be nicer. I went yesterday to get the spring cleaning works. The service was excellent and I didn't see any young kids moving slow and barely cleaning they were working quickly to get cars in and out.
