But the biggest disappointment was I tried to give a $12 tip for a $50 massage which is fair in my book. But she demanded me to tip her $20. Why I am giving you a 40% where she didn't abide the 1 hour massage. It doesn't make sense. It ruin the experience and she felt entitled. I probably won't be back here again even the massage was good.

No frills, basic, just one of the stalls inside Plaza Mexico, at times this place has curtains for privacy (not used for my massage). I opted for the combo (20 minutes body massage, 20 minutes feet massage) for $45 which is reasonable. They have plastic bins provided for your belongings to store while lying down on their massage tables (fairly comfortable). LEO has strong, firm but capable hands with the right amount of pressure. He is not conversant but it's not what I was looking for at this venture. I had a previous massage from him & I waited to make sure he was my masseur this second time. Hubby was going to wait for him too but in the interest of time, opted for another masseuse (which he later regretted). The workers here are great at finding where you're tight and focusing on those areas. I could hear people constantly coming in and out, employees talking loudly in the hallway, and even a man next to me moaning very loudly during their session. It made the whole experience uncomfortable and the opposite of what you expect when getting a massage. The massage itself also wasn't great. I repeatedly asked the therapist to use less pressure, but she continued pressing extremely hard despite my requests. At the end I left a $5 tip because I felt the service was mediocre. After I had already left and was sitting in my car, the front desk employee actually came outside and asked me for a bigger tip. That made the situation even more uncomfortable and felt very unprofessional. Overall the environment, the service, and the way the tip situation was handled left a bad impression.
