The rooms are separated with curtains instead of individual rooms, but it didn't affect our experience; however we did go during a weeknight where it wasn't as busy, and I could see it being distracting when there are more guests. He pulled my hair far too hard, and I am losing gobs of hair as a result. Not only that, but my entire body tensed up from the aggressiveness of the massage. I ended up with what feels like a pinched nerve running from my neck down to beneath my shoulder blade. This experience was painful and upsetting. This therapist should not be using this level of force on clients. I am genuinely concerned that someone could end up seriously injured.
