the only redeeming quality of this place is its beautiful decor, i saw so many girlies taking photos! i wasn't dressed for the occasion, but i could see using the hallways as a photo op. my boyfriend and i came by for a drink saturday night, and it was not good. i ordered the sweet celine which was not sweet nor as pretty as the photo. my boyfriend had the toasted old fashioned. for a nearly $20 drink, i would have expected it to be a little more tasty and a little more unique. we had one drink each and was ready to check out a different place. i dont know if the food here is any good, but i wouldn't think so with how bad the drinks are. service was extremely underwhelming too, we had to seat ourselves and scrounge for menus to look at since no one was at the front to seat/greet us. overall, not the best experience and i would not come back. there are many better places in center city. read more

My friends and I came for a girls night and when we first arrived at 7pm on a Friday it wasn't too crowded but as the night progressed it got very busy. I ordered the espresso martini which was very delicious and honestly my favorite drink of the night. My second drink I didn't like as much and it was matcha drink. It didn't have enough of a matcha flavor. For my birthday they also gave us a complimentary cookie plate which was warm and delicious. Bailee was our server and she was so kind and attentive. When she initially brought out my birthday cookies she realized half of the table was in the restroom and came back when everyone was present with another sparkler which was very sweet. Such a cute place with lots of flowers. Upon entering, they check your id then you wait at an elevator to go to the third floor to see the restaurant. It is table service only or bar so we got a table to sit at. I ordered one cocktail which was pretty expensive. Having it as a sit down restaurant felt pretty restrictive as I couldn't dance to the music and there was no dance floor. The music was good though, felt like edm and club music. i was there for the 1st time sat for a bday dinner w friend. the service was horrible, food and drinks. Let's get into it. first and foremost, we had a party of 8, and we were seated at a table of 5. we asked to speak to the manager who act like he didn't want to seat us at a bigger table for our party. the food was horrible. 3 of my friends ordered the shrimp and crab scampi and all 3 sent there dish back. It was watery and had no flavor. The spinach dip tastes like nothing but cream cheese. It barely had spinach in it. My crab fries were dry and had about a scoop of crab meat on them. I had the rigatoni w shrimp, which wasn't that bad it just was dry. We tried the tower which the waiter was spiling bringing it to our table. Not to mention the 2 drinks I had prior for disgusting. When was going give me diabetes and the other was soo sour I couldn't drink them. Not for no 22$. I don't think so. Our waiter was not good at all and didn't deserve no 75$ gratitude. When the food finally arrived at the table, my partner was wondering if it was microwaved and so was I. I think this established it is more for a good time, great drinks, and to hit that small dance floor and have a good time with friends, it's quite clear to see that food may not be their specialty as of yet, however, throwing a very vibrant vibe is! The drinks were pretty good as well. I can't lie, but it wasn't the best part of the night. The service was mediocre as we saw her from time to time. I got a cocktail that I didn't like and had only had a sip. When I asked my server if I could have a different drink I said I'd appreciate it but if she couldn't replace it that it was ok I'll just deal with it. She asked what was wrong with it I said it was way smokier than I anticipated. She said to me "yeah there's mezcal in it." Her attitude toward me was intense for a drink that def wasn't coming out of her pocket. And if it was, I told her not to worry bout it. I recently visited Celine to celebrate Mother's Day and I absolutely loved it!! The restaurant was so beautiful, with so many details, areas to get some good pictures and videos. Celine has an elegant/ refined atmosphere and they even had a DJ during dinner!!! We definitely had a great time, we felt beautiful and it made our mother's day feel so special. The food was also so delicious. Everything was fresh, tasty, not overcooked and definitely not overpriced. I also loved their dessert menu, the cookies were next level!!!!!! First thing we noticed was that everyone in the restaurant had their coats on and we heard multiple girls in the bathroom talking about the temperature inside being so cold. We ordered drinks and appetizers. But the time between our appetizers and getting our entrees and second drinks was incredibly long. When we finally got our food my sister unrolled her silverware to a dirty fork. Not just a smudge but what looked like crusty old pasta sauce all over it. The staff was very apologetic which we did appreciate and being in the service industry we weren't too bothered until the bill came. It was almost $300 for 3 people. I was able to dine with Celine on 3/20. Had I looked a bit deeper into some of the Frequently Asked Questions, I might have been more prepared to be treated poorly upon checking in. I was wearing a standard high quality gray shirt, linen dress shorts due to the warmer temperatures and professionally hand painted shoes. The doorman identified that I was wearing athletic shorts and upon receiving pushback changed the protest to "just dress a little nicer for next time". I identified that if Céline would prefer I not go in and pay for the experience I'd be more than happy to dine elsewhere. He then identified that I shouldn't feel like I'm "being targeted" and that Céline wants everyone to feel welcome. I was then instructed to not put on my sweatshirt because once again "dress code". These actions are not a reflection of the doorman as he was only following what he believed were the instructions of the management and owners. While it may have been mentioned that Céline wants everyone to feel welcome, the action, words, and, upon further review of your Frequently Asked Questions, do not seem to indicate that Céline wants everyone to feel welcome at all. I want to make sure I identify that the drinks were wonderful, the food was great, the ambience was very nice. The hosts were wonderful and our server, Orisa, was friendly, personable and attentive despite the demand of larger parties. But to be treated with such disrespect in the name of the restaurant wanting patrons to "bring their A-game" completely negated everything that was so fantastic about the trip. While seated, I saw countless sports caps, athletic shoe wear, tank tops, overly revealing clothing and, to really just add a little something to the audacity, someone walked in with a hoodie on after I was told not to put mine on. For the comment that I "shouldn't feel targeted" to be used in this scenario leads me to believe that this isn't the first time that someone has felt targeted. The wording on your website leaves the door open for a plethora of opportunities for people to be turned away for any prejudice held by the door attendant because they have "final discretion". Based off of your own website, this is not final discretion based on someone potentially being over served and not being allowed in, this is based off of how they are dressed. I did outreach to management and there was no response. At the end of the day, the situation happened. The likelihood is it will likely happen again to someone else and it's really unfortunate because it takes away from the really great experience that Céline is able to offer. read more

The ambience is beautiful and a great place for taking photos, however, the drinks were less than subpar. I cannot speak on the food as we just went for drinks. The drinks were overly expensive and came out undrinkable. The cosmo that I ordered was a $22 dollar vodka cranberry. My friends' espresso martinis were so incredibly strong and watered down and not even full, I included photos. We left before even finishing them - spent over $100 for drinks. Went to Celine's on October 6th for drinks was very surprised that they were serving food like a full but limited menu that was full of all kinds of choices. So for anyone looking for a variety of protein choices they had it covered. My wife and I decided to try the menu when the server Madison came to take our order we found out it was the launch of the food menu. My wife chose the Chicken Milanese and she raved how good it was especially the dressing on the salad, chicken cutlet was fried to perfection crispy outside, tender and moist inside and seasoned perfectly. I chose the Wagyu Burger meal the burger and fries actually came in a pink and white striped box (like a Big Mac meal but way better) with the Celine flower logo on the burger box very high end packaging the Wagyu burger was huge and wrapped in pink wax paper visually it looked awesome, I ordered it medium and that's how it came perfectly cooked first Bite was so juicy best burger I've had in a long time, surely I will be going back soon. Worth mentioning that we ordered the hummus appetizer platter which came with fried pita bread wedges off the chain good, the olive salad with the red roasted peppers and red onions was a show stopper couldn't stop eating it (even after the burger arrived) the grape tomatoes and sliced cucumbers made the platter come together. I reserved a table for myself and my best friend for 8pm Friday night. When we arrived we had a small wait and a shuffle to find us a seat. It was crowded. We were initially seated at a flat top table that we declined and was asked to be seated elsewhere which the manager obliged. Not before telling us we had until 9:15 if we moved our seats which would have been about little less than an hr to order,chat and eat. The food was good and we got mocktails which were ok. The vibe was girly and cute. Loved the decor it's the perfect venue for a girls night. The manager whoever was very pushy with the time frames. Every so often I would look up and he or someone else was looking at our table trying to see if we were done in order to clear the table for the next guest. We felt rushed. What really did it for me was that once we paid he came over while my friend was finishing her drink and begin to clear the table and thanked us for coming ushering us out politely but rushed. I made a reservation at Celine for Valentine's Day (2/14/26) for my best friend and me, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. First, I will say the drinks at the bar were really good that was the only highlight of the night. We checked in with the host at 9:50 PM for our 10:15 PM dinner reservation. The manager told us we were early and advised us to wait at the bar for our name to be called. By 10:30 PM, we still hadn't heard anything, so I went back to the host stand and was told they had already called my name. We didn't hear it because the music was extremely loud even though the bar was only about five feet away from the host stand. We were finally seated around 10:40 PM. We ordered appetizers and waited an hour, only for our waitress to come back and tell us they were sold out of almost all appetizers except two options. At that point, we decided to order those and also placed our salad and dinner orders immediately to try to speed up the process. After waiting another hour, we were told they were sold out of most of the dinner items as well. We sat at our table for about 2 hours and 30 minutes with no food. After three hours in the restaurant with nothing to eat, I asked to have my $100 deposit refunded. No one seemed concerned about the long wait or how it affected our night. Being told repeatedly that items were sold out especially on Valentine's Day was frustrating and unacceptable. Our night was completely ruined. While the drinks were good, the poor communication, long waits, and lack of preparation for a busy holiday made this a very disappointing experience. read more
