Additionally, we expected we couldn't get an installation until early spring since it was already late November. On the contrary...they said we could likely have it up and running before Christmas! And they were right. They recommended an outside contractor to install the stove and chimney, James French of JMF Chimney Service, and he showed up on time and did a professional job and we were inspected and up and running a week before Christmas. Filed complaint with the DCP and they also did not respond to the DCP, they appear to not be licensed, others should file with the DCP as well. Reviews on BBB show similar scamming complaints.They have other small claims against them, and judicial cases, and appear to have not appeared to court in many cases.

Since then, Dave has helped me install a gas line for a gas fireplace insert, and has completely replumbed my master bathroom during a renovation. I cannot say enough positive things about Dave! He's responsive, caring, thoughtful, and extremely skilled (he's a master plumber). His work is indeed impeccable. There's no feeling like the comfort that comes with knowing your plumber knows their stuff and never does shoddy work. He has solved problems I didn't think could be solved. He's bailed me out of a couple of emergency plumbing situations (such as when my contractor ran screws through a water line twice). Dave never leaves a mess behind.
