Not willing to own their lack of management of the purpose of their inspection for repairs. They lean on the customer to direct their inspection of the chimney parts. They are in the business of inspection mainly. Still don't have the estimate since I would need $650 more for them to "inspect" the other 2 flues and then finally give estimate of repair. The customer pays them heftily just to get estimate. Done Right Chimney has done WRONG for me. The companies Yelp rebuttal clearly shows how they "script their scam". My 1st call I had to leave message then she called back. I then called with the Q about inspecting 2 other flues as option for proper estimate then a 3rd call I made to let her know I see on Yelp they do this and upset customers routinely. I never asked for an inspection nor a report, just an estimate. Obviously "the customer is never right " at done right chimney.

The other three companies came out, provided a quote, and all came to the same conclusion-that I had an issue with my cap. Done Right then came out to give me a quote. A week or so later I was sent a bill from Done Right for nearly $400 dollars. I called, stating this must be a mistake, and that I was just looking for a quote. I was informed that Done Right does not give out free quotes. This information was never communicated to me, not during the initial booking to have them come out, nor was this mentioned once their crew arrived at my home. The most infuriating part is that they came to the same conclusion as the other companies, and that I had a faulty cap. I have been a home owner for over 10 years and have never had an experience like this before. They were utterly unwilling to come to any kind of compromise with me over the lack of communication.

I knew of his reputation from a heating help board I had been on in the past and knew he was the guy I wanted for my install. When Gary says he'll be there at 7am you better believe him. He showed up on time and went right to work. His lead plumber came shortly after and drove what I'd call a mobile plumbing shop. These guys don't mess around, they had every tool and fitting imaginable and I couldn't have been more impressed, except for the fact they were heads down all business the whole time they were here. Gary was here from 7am to 6:30pm and spent the time to make sure everything was perfect and that I knew all of the features available before he left. We travel a fair amount and scheduling service was a challenge because of our unavailability. On both occasions Czar Energy Solutions followed up to make sue we had the service we needed. The owner even spent 30 minutes on the phone with me to troubleshoot the problem so that I might be able to avoid a service call fee and to make sure the service person had the correct replacement parts when he arrived. When we determined what the problem was he was able to get the service scheduled for the next day. The service people were friendly, knew the equipement and resolved our issues quickly upon arrival.
