When I came in I heard someone greet me but couldn't for the life of me figure out where the voice was coming from because the place was packed. Apparently everyone wants to look their best for the weekend! Although I don't get a lot of pedicures I think the outcome looked pretty good. One thing that kind of disappointed me was that the leg massage that came with the pedicure lasted only a couple of minutes. But the main reason why this is a 2 star place is I question the cleanliness of this place. It wasn't super dirty but everything looked extremely old and used and the towels were so thin that they were almost see through. And when the woman scrubbed my foot she used hand sanitizer. Again, I don't get a lot of pedicures but I don't ever remember someone using Purell to scrub people's feet. It was okay for $25 but I think I'll try another place next time.

I never ever write reviews but I'm so angry I have to put one. I put one star because I did get seated right away and the staff were very friendly but the pictures below I took on Sunday, I got these done Friday late afternoon. This is a no chip manicure? I literally relaxed all weekend so no excuse for this to chip already!!! You completely mutilated my skin around my nails when they didn't have any skin popping up to begin with. They are literally in pain to this day! The colors chipped already by Sunday! Not to mention I couldn't even hear my own thoughts with the blasting club music in there. I will never spend money here again, can't believe this experience!

I never did go back to my former salon after writing my last review and an update is way over due considering I've been coming here ever since. Cyndi made a believer out of me. I've been seeing her exclusively and can say without a doubt, she is the only person I will have work on my nails. I haven't had ONE issue since seeing her. Heidi is great too. I probably shouldn't admit this - - but at times when I've been too busy to see her, even at 2 1/2 weeks..my nails have remained in great shape... A true sign of a fabulous nail tech. She is fast and efficient and I love that I can be in & out in 30 min. I ALWAYS call first to make appointments and that is KEY because it gets very busy here. On occasion, I've had to wait 5-10 min...not a big deal. If I must be out in a hurry, I let her know first. Highly recommend apts. Cindy may come across as rushed or abrasive at times, but I've really gotten to know her, so I never it take it personally and I'm only here because she truly knows what she's doing. It's rare if I have any nail art, but I've seen her work and she can paint virtually anything flawlessly. This is not a high-end salon. Very casual. Nothing modern. They've repainted at least 3 times since I've been coming here. While it may look like an older salon, they are clean and always super busy. Obviously people come here for a reason. Only reason for 4 star versus 5 - while the pedicures are good & its convenient to have both nails & pedi since I'm here (Lupita is extremely thorough) - I like longer foot/leg massages - yes, I'm all about that too...

Cyndi and Brian are always very polite and do good work. Cyndi is creative and has good ideas when it comes to colors or nail art if I'm stuck on what to do with my nails. Once she stayed there for an additional hour past closing time on a Saturday night just to finish mine and my mother in law's nails. Which she absolutely didn't have to do. I show Cyndi my nail design ideas and she doesn't complain or try to convince me to do something more simple just because it's easier for her. Whereas at other salons, they have come off very rude when I ask for something "complex" in my nail design and try to get me to do something different that won't take as much of their time or effort even though I'm paying for it. They are reasonably priced and offer many different ways you can pay (Venmo, QuickPay, cash, credit, etc.) so it's super convenient. Always a great experience for me!

I've been going Cyndi's on and off for many, many years... I'm not a regular only because I am a serious nail biter. I have gone to plenty of nail salons throughout my life, but Cyndi Nail is my favorite. Location is perfect, it has been close to every suburb I've lived in. Also conveniently located off of 290. They are reasonably priced, have tons of colors and styles to choose from, very detail oriented, and clean. Parking is abundant, the salon is located in a strip mall Everyone working there is nice but can be mistaken for aggressive and rude. The owner Cyndi tells it like it is.. I don't mind. Each worker speaks their language to one another from across the room. But the staff does engage in conversation with you, if you want. I usually watch TV or pay attention to the work being done. Cyndi cracks lots of jokes, heh. I do not recommend her husband Bryan or the elderly lady.... I've had bad experiences with them and so have people I know. Everyone else is great and works wonders My mother is a regular and gets the no chip. She loves this place.. My one girlfriend comes here too, once in a while. This is my go-to place for a mani and pedi. Cyndi also does waxing and permanent make up

    My gel and pedicure.

I absolutely LOVE it here! I have been to a couple other nail salons, but Cyndi's tops them all. The salon is very clean and well decorated. They are very quick to get you going on what you want. The plus for me was they have about 40 different kinds of tips for gel nails. They take very good care of you and listen to what you want. I also got told that if for any reason my nails crack or break, I can come in and get it fixed for free. I also had a pedicure, and it was amazing! They had no issue what so ever with me when I changed my mind at the last second with what colors I wanted. The prices were cheap and the service was excellent! I couldn't be any happier going anywhere else. I have nothing but good things to say about Cyndi Nail!

I have only had one pedicure in my life and wasn't sure where to go. I looked on here and found this place. The 3 of us walked in and they only had 2 chairs available. We said we would wait so all 3 of us could sit together. We sat in a bench waiting. Stella, the owner grabbed a soft cushy chair for my mother to sit on, she's a bit older and it was so kind of her to do this! Then it was out turn, we decided to go with the Spa Pedicure, it came with a scented lavender water (you can choose your scent), calf massage, hot stone massage, paraffin wax treatment and then of course the normal pedicure stuff with painted toenails. Oh and don't forget the massage chairs....ahhhhhh so relaxing! All 3 ladies who helped us were so kind and and really made the experience amazing! This was my daughters first pedicure (she's 15) and she said it was the best day ever! We did have to wait 30 minutes before they were able to take us, but it was worth every minute of the wait! I highly recommend this place. You won't be sorry!

I did not double check pricing with the nail tech day of because I had double checked when booking my appt. I was shocked when it was time to pay and my total was $45; I was told I shouldn't have gotten her feet submerged in water or a "massage" done if I wanted to pay $15, which was just for polish. I felt like that was a little unfair (and frankly, sneaky) because I wasn't asked if I wanted these "extras" done nor was I told it was more. And it was $15 for a mani and $15 for a pedi, not both, which I had specifically clarified on the phone. (A woman answered the phone, and we had a male tech day of, so I'm confident they were different people.) Either way, my daughter's experience was wonderful. They have a special chair for little girls, took their time and made her feel special. I just wish they were more upfront and fair about their pricing because I KNOW my daughter would love to come back more often!

I'm really disappointed with our visit to Luxury Nails last week. We paid about $185 for services…read more-- a deluxe pedicure and manicure for me and a top-tier gel pedicure for my girlfriend. Despite tipping both technicians, the experience was painful and concerning. During my pedicure, the technician dug into my toes so aggressively that I had to physically pull my foot away from the pain. Each time I reacted, she kept saying "just a little more." That should have been the moment to stop. A service like this should never continue when a client is clearly uncomfortable. My girlfriend was also nicked during her pedicure, and her cuticles were over-trimmed. My fingernails were clipped much too short, which caused additional soreness. A few days later I called the salon because my feet had red spots and soreness that lasted nearly a full week. Their response was to offer that I come in so their insurance could see the issue. During that conversation they also explained that some technicians feel they must remove every ingrown or cuticle. In my opinion, it should never be about the technician's preference -- it should be about the client's comfort and safety. For context, I get pedicures at least once a month, and I have never experienced this level of pain or prolonged soreness. Mild sensitivity for a day or two can happen, but this lasted much longer and my big toes were especially affected. I declined their offer to return because after being nicked multiple times -- and my girlfriend experiencing the same -- I simply don't feel comfortable going back. It's also worth mentioning that it appears there are new owners or an entirely new set of technicians, as none of the staff I previously saw are there anymore. That may explain the noticeable change in quality. This review is simply to share our experience and encourage others to be cautious. Nail services should never involve repeated pain or technicians ignoring a client when they say something hurts. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.
