Unfortunately, because of how this situation was handled not only at the club level but also through the company's review and appeal process, I can no longer recommend EōS Fitness as a whole. If a zero-star rating were an option, that is the rating I would give based on my experience. The issue began with repeated confusion surrounding the guest check-in process for my sister, who attended as my guest. On multiple occasions, she experienced difficulties checking in despite being an authorized guest. During the final incident, she left feeling embarrassed and unwelcome and later told me she would not return because of how she felt she had been treated. Because of her experience, I approached management to express my concerns. The manager involved in my sister's interaction was also the person who handled my concerns. At the time, I was left with the understanding that she was the person responsible for addressing management-level issues at the location. I felt my concerns regarding my guest's experience were not taken seriously and that the customer service surrounding the situation was poor. What made the situation even more frustrating was that another employee later located and corrected the issue with my sister's guest information and apologized for the confusion. This left me feeling that the entire situation could have been resolved much differently from the beginning. I want to be fair and acknowledge that I became frustrated during my interaction with staff and regret my part in the disagreement that followed. Shortly afterward, I was informed that my membership had been permanently revoked from all EōS locations. What concerns me most is not the disagreement itself, but how the matter was handled afterward. After learning that my membership had been revoked, I made multiple attempts to resolve the matter professionally. Following the instructions provided by EōS staff, I returned to the Higley location in person and apologized for my role in the interaction. I also submitted a formal written appeal through the EōS review process and included an apology there as well, acknowledging my part in the situation and taking responsibility for my conduct. Despite those efforts, I never received a clear explanation of the specific conduct or policy violation that warranted a permanent ban. The final response I received was a form letter citing general policies regarding inappropriate conduct but did not identify the specific behavior that led to the decision or address the questions raised in my appeal. I respect a business's right to enforce its policies and protect its employees. However, when a member is permanently banned from every location, I believe members deserve transparency, a meaningful review process, and a clear explanation of the reasons for that decision. While others may have positive experiences at EōS, my experience left me feeling that there was little opportunity for resolution, clarification, or fair consideration of the circumstances. The permanent ban itself was disappointing, but the lack of communication and meaningful response throughout the process was what ultimately left the strongest impression.

The upgrades in their system has lost long term members correct billing information. 1) Members like myself since 2022, have had the same Credit Union Checking Account and Bank Routing information on their Planet Fitness Account with ABC for more than 3 years. 2) This club states that they have been making system upgrades and as a result-- some members information has been lost and even not able to be found on the 17th of each month. 3) Trying to explain to managers or expecting a follow up return call about the billing errors--- Never happens. 4) Credit Union Members generally have One account # for all accounts but also a code that delineates to draw from Checking. ABC can't find this code any more because after this club's upgrades vital Member information was lost. It's been happening for the last 4 Billing Cycles and management fails to listen, follow-up or correct. Dismissive most of the time 5) Members can be seen at desk about double billing, gratuitous late charges due to their inability to locate necessary account information for ABC to process payments 6) While a member since 2022, this billing fiasco is getting old. They pulled from my same checking from April 2022- until the problems started after Easter of this year 2024. April May June July August September--- some strange billing problem

This is a great environment for young student athletes. Try out fitness trainer, Charles Doss. He is a great coach and motivator.
