Great location. Awesome staff. The crowd there at 3 am is the best so I can't complain

Good arrangement inside, easy handicapped parking by the front entrance. Good, clean pool. Hot tub by pool, separate saunas for men and women. Very good handicapped shower stall. Helpful, friendly staff at front door. read more

Great team of managers like Josiah and Angel and Bryscen (B-Rice) as my trainer! Front staff always friendly and I've already lost pounds and inches! Great facilities.... Love the classes and the pool! When your managers dress up as pirates and eagerly help with your goals.... You are in the right place! read more

About 5-6 weeks ago the management was repairing some drywall in the weight section of the Group X fitness room. As a result, plaster dust is everywhere. I have spoken to the front desk staff on more than one occasion and it is still not cleaned up. What a joke!!! read more

Clean gym and the staff are friendly, and the janitors are always at work shout out to the night janitors

Today, I wanted to view the pool before applying for a membership, but unfortunately, the front desk receptionist refused my request.

I've had a great experience at EōS Fitness. The gym is always clean, well-organized, and packed with a wide variety of equipment, so there's never an issue finding what you need for a workout. The atmosphere is motivating, and the staff is friendly, professional, and always willing to help. read more

Not much has changed at this location since I wrote my review. The men's locker room is still gross and smells, mold growing on shower heads, the sauna is always gross, and the lockers themselves are gross inside. Nobody is cleaning this place. Machines are consistently broken and takes weeks/months to fix, if they are ever fixed. I stopping coming to this location for awhile due to the poor management and lack of attention and I thought I'd give it another try today. Some of the machines that were broken during my last visit here several months ago are STILL broken. Half of the Star Trac elliptical in the back of the cardio area have some sort of issue...either the foot pedals are loose, the Bluetooth doesn't work, or it's off balance. There are only four of these so it's not acceptable when two or three are broken. The elliptical I used this evening had a loose foot pedal and the Bluetooth didn't work, which was the same issue I experienced the last time I was here on the same exact elliptical. There is no quality checking here and it's really upsetting. Other EoS locations seem to have things figured out and every time I complain about this location or respond to a survey I get a response from a different district manager suggesting there's very high turnaround here. If you can't retain employees/management, no wonder this place is in shambles. Every time I express concerns I'm assured something will change and that they take feedback very seriously yet nothing changes, so how am I supposed to feel valued as a black card member? Clearly they don't care and it shows. Pathetic. Do better EoS Val Vista! read more

This EOS is a beautiful big, clean facility. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The high ceiling and lighting made it appear spacious. Definitely will be back. read more

I go here with my mom and son. My mom and I had been seeing Brooke for training. She is awesome. We saw her for 4 months to get ourselves back into working out and in the habit of going. If I ever need a trainer again I will only ask for Brooke. She didn't act like you were some customer, she treated you like a friend and that is what made it so comfortable to go. We love her. If anyone needs a trainer, ask for Brooke, she is the reason for the 5 stars. Aside from that, maybe 3.5 stars for the gym. It is pretty clean. It seems equipment is out of order or broken often sadly and sometimes it seems to be broken for a long time. The threatre is my favorite spot but sometimes the wall lights are on inside which makes it hard to see the screen and the volume of the movie is never loud enough and the equipment drowns out the movie sounds. Other than that it's very convenient as it is right next to our place. read more

I really enjoy my experience with EŌS. Their staff, especially K.O. Has been extremely helpful and friendly during checking in. I like the facility activities, especially the pool and abundance of workout classes. The variety makes it easy to schedule around my home activities . read more

This gym is amazing!! I've always struggled with anxiety when it comes to going to the gym, but the staff have made me feel supported and welcomed here since the day I signed up!! When I walk into the gym, I'm always met by a smile from Kevon and Kate. They always ask me how my day is going and make sure that I have a great workout! Josiah is the reason I even started personal training here in the first place. He always checks in on me, and he's so kind and supportive. I am grateful for him! My personal trainer, Bryscen, is amazing!! He's very patient with me, keeps me motivated, and helps me stay on track. He encourages me get out of my comfort zone, and never judges me for not knowing certain workouts or equipment names. He has helped turn the gym into a place that's positive and uplifting for me rather than intimidating! I love this gym, and they deserve all their flowers read more

I left a separate review and had somebody reply to send my concern an email been almost 2 weeks and have yet to hear from somebody. I was never told there was an annual fee. I've been charged two months service and now the annual fee I've been to your gym once which is not a great experience. I never went back. I went into your gym to speak with. I guess the GM who looks not more than 21 years old, who was rude he started my membership but didn't finish it so I know he did not go over any annual fee with me. I am requesting a full refund and that someone calls me immediately or emails me. I'm very unsatisfied with how this has been handled. I should've stayed with lifetime fitness read more

K.O. has excellent customer service...some of the weighted row machines are not smooth and they never fix them...very very busy during rush hour... also the mens locker room always smells bad...unfortunately some of these dudes dont wear deodorant read more

Todays Date: September 16, 2025. When are y'all gonna stop gaslighting us saying "the cable machines always feel like that"...that means they're freaking broken!!!! SPECIFICALLY the cable row machine across from the dumbbells. (The third one inward, counting going AWAY from the preacher curl machine) It's not smooth moving, it's very sticky and catches in various spots. Yes you have the money, no I don't care about a reply. Fix your sh**. Not to mention that it's dangerous. If that thing snaps while I use it, im saying i blew out my shoulder to a lawyer, QUICK. read more

Very helpful and caring. Jacob did a great job expanding the equipment. A VERY nice young man.

I really enjoy coming to this gym. It's always very clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and it's rare to find a piece of equipment that isn't working. I also use the Kids Club for my 4-year-old, and he absolutely loves it. The Kids Club staff are so kind and always greet him by name, which makes it feel very welcoming. He loves getting to "work out" while I work out! read more

Clean gym, solid equipment, friendly staff, and never too crowded. Great spot. Best eos to go to.

I travel a lot so I belong to three gyms: EOS (almost 1 year going), LA Fitness (5 years going) and 24-HR Fitness (over 20 years and going) For the money EOS has better equipment, as good or better atmosphere and includes a "theatre" with cardio equipment rather than seats - SO COOL! I've become a huge fan and had to give them a shout out! For $10/mo you truly won't find a better place to stay strong & healthy. read more

Senior citizens do not sign up for personal trainers, it's not worth $50 for 30 minutes , also once they get hold of your bank card they will charge you for an upgrade that you did not agree to, BE WEAR OF THIS PLACE read more

Do not sign up with this company, they will cheat and charge you with false late fees. I have a recurring issue where they tell me my card declines the charge but at the same time i have funds on my card to cover the charge. I have to call in to get them to charge it again every month, i dont know why this is happening and they dont know either. Then all of a sudden this month they told me ive racked up 3 months of $25 late fees all while im still current... i just paid $102 for something that was their fault. Im telling everyone i can not to sign up at this location. read more

Love working out here. Always clean. The trainers, front desk and the guests are always so nice.

Guys, be careful and check your credit card charges each month. I found out I was being charged for child care for last 6 months, I used it once, upon signing I was not told it was recurring charge, it was suppose to be just that time when we used. So i just paid about 100$ extra for service I never used. Also they charged us service fee for credit card that I have used all the time, there is no issue but they charged me 25$ service fee saying there was issue with 10$ charge. They did say the service fee will be refunded but had I not checked it I would have never known, it was last month bill. ALL I SAY IS BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU SIGN SOMETHING AND TRACK YOUR CREDIT CARD charges. read more

One of my favorite Zumba instructors at McKellips & Gilbert EOS is Zulema. She is a Certified Zumba instructor with feeling and spirit in her moves. Her classes are packed with enthusiasm and friends. Her music is often Reggae. Zulema has rhythm you can keep up with. The room has mirrors. So you can check your own moves. Zulema has heart for the moves, the music and her students! Arms swinging, legs kicking, hips swinging, you'll be glad Zulema hosted your Zumba. You should bring friends the next time you come! read more

Aside from the mobs of teenagers taking pics instead of lifting, half the equipment is broken, sticks, or missing pins. Don't ever expect to come to this location have what you need to complete your lift. You'll end up making some adjustment to what you intended to do just to get a decent lift in. Maybe have employees wiping machinery and fixing equipment instead of chatting at the front. read more

Mikayla & Jonathan are the reasons for a 5 star review! We have been super frustrated by broken agreements & miscommunications with managers we have spoke to regarding billing, along with receiving attitude for having a preference of who we feel comfortable training with. Most of the staff has been super friendly! The gym is always clean and taken care of. Equipment seems to always be working when we have gone. We have been able to have two sessions with Jonathan and he is AMAZING, and has reached out over the last few months to check in. He trains really well and we felt it the next day. We were planning to cancel our membership and personal training to go to another gym because of not receiving any answers regarding billing. BUT AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL, KIND, FUNNY Mikayla (assistant personal trainer manager? ) who started a week ago. Took the time to listen to my frustrations over the past few months; when she did not have to! She reassured us she would look into our profile and even was able to tell me how many sessions we had left of personal training after months of trying to find out. She is super efficient, due to Mikayla we decided to continue our membership hoping one day she will be the manager! She was able to help me, along with check in other guest and help others all at the same time in a professional way. But today amazing Mikayla listened to my feedback read more

Men's sauna is still broken, even after several days of it being down and supposedly fixed. It also seemed like the jacuzzi wasn't working at first, but after about a minute the jets finally turned on - don't know what happened there. The jacuzzi also looked VERY dark and is in need of a cleaning; this doesn't mean it needs to be shut down for days - it SHOULD just be a quick treatment. The location keeps trying to blame patrons for putting water on the sauna, but no other locations have these frequent problems with the sauna being down, so there has to be some kind of deeper (electrical?) problem going on, but it is totally unacceptable at this point and the regular surveys I receive seem to do no good. read more

It's good to be back at EoS Fitness! Having been an EoS member in the past, there is no question that this gym is a huge step up. They designed this place during the heat of the pandemic, which meant plenty of time to assemble a state-of-the-art facility. This gym is sleek! There is something for everyone at this location, from the pool, to the circuit workout, to the outdoor space, and of course, cardio with movies on the big screen. There are only two things that have miffed me so far about this EoS. The first is that, yes, per other reviewers, some folks just don't like putting their weights away. While lifting weights outside, a fellow gym-goer dropped by for some barbell squats. He returned inside without putting the plates away. Get it together, man. Putting the weights away means more calories burned; look at it that way if you must! Another thing: In the sign-up process, despite making it perfectly clear that I already have a trainer, they dispatched a profoundly disrespectful dude to try to get me to sign up with their trainers. Now, I've played this game before, of course, you gotta do what you gotta do. I respectfully listened to his pitch. But, whew, this guy somehow thought it was A-OK to condescendingly ask me if I know what macros are while dishing bottom-shelf insults at my training regimen. It left a sour aftertaste to my first visit, but thankfully every visit since has been good. The above complaints are minor. Already, I've had more positive experiences than negative at EoS Val Vista/Pecos. I'm looking forward to checking out the pool and recovery room, getting to utilize more of the equipment, and achieving my fitness goals. Unless anything should prove otherwise, I recommend EoS highly. Just be wary of the sign-up process and stick to your guns. Also -- please -- put those weights away. read more

The whole staff is super nice Anthony is the chillest dude there. The gym stays busy but also stays clean. More worth it than LA fitness.
