The classes are structured for all ages and abilities, offering modifications that help each person tailor the workout to their own body. No matter your skill level, you will feel comfortable and challenged (in a good way) taking this class. I meet new friends and see familiar faces every time, which helps to make it an enjoyable experience. The class is a combo of cardio and strength training with little alterations in each move if something doesn't suit you that day. Classes were good but customer service when trying to cancel was horrible! Communicated with a team member my intent a month ago and she did not inform of the process. When I objected to the charge, I was sent a tiny print form signed 6 months ago, best practice would have been for the team member to remind me of the process a month ago. read more

This studio won't honor the promotional offer they have on their website. They advertise a Free First Class. However when I contacted them about it I was told they don't offer that and I could buy a one week package. That's called bait and switch people! It's highly illegal according to the FTC. It's safe to say that this is for sure my new happy place. As a mom of three small children it's rare to find time to myself, but I genuinely look forward to the 6am classes. I love starting my day off with a full body workout that never gets boring. Each instructor has their own style and every single class is different which I really enjoy. Wow! What a class. I have never done Barre. Growing up with Ballet I love Barre work. This was just what I needed, not too hard, not too easy. I love the childcare they offer so there is no excuse to make it there. I highly suggest trying out a class. They also have everything you need. I forgot my mat. I have a bad history with gyms. They were like all of my past relationships. Short and a constant struggle to show up. I am happy to say that Barre 3 has changed all of that! They do a great job of fostering an environment for people of any size, level, or commitment. This is a wonderful place and I am so happy to be a member here. I can't say enough about the studio. It is beautiful and clean and they have super cute clothes. The workout is great and keeps my attention and all of the instructors are great. Each class is different and a calorie burner. Barre3 is the best low impact workout. After having kids, the impact of running really hurt my back. I needed something low impact that would make me stronger, get my heart rate up, and help me regain core strength! Enter barre3! I have been doing it since 2010 but only recently really committed to being a part of the local community classes (I was doing it online). My 4 yr old daughter loves the play lounge and has made friends with the kids she plays with daily. She asks daily, "Mom, are we going to Barre3 today?" 5 days a week I say "yes!" I appreciate the friendly instructors who will help correct form during class and keep the energy up with great tunes! I am getting stronger as the months go by- consistency is king! Multiple options are given throughout to make sure each body is challenged in its own unique way. The staff is friendly, kind and knowledgeable. To say that I had a poor experience at this studio is an understatement. I purchased three classes for $30 and brought a friend who was visiting from out of town. The week prior, I had been told by a girl at the front desk that we could bring guests for a free class. We each had our newborn babies with us and would be paying for their care during our class. I was told that I had been misinformed about a free class, something that was only available to studio members. My friend asked if she could purchase the 3 classes for $30 and give me two of the classes, since she lives out-of-state. We were told "no" and that the only option was to have her pay a drop-in fee of $24. I asked for an exception, since I was misinformed by their staff. The employee at the front desk asked the owner permission to allow my friend to take a class (the owner was also teaching the class that we planned to take) and the she denied our request. We left the studio with our babies in toe, as the owner and her staff watched us leave. When I came back in for my last class, the owner asked if it was my first time in the studio, when I had met her the week prior and spoke to her one-on-one. This studio just opened two months ago and has serious competition, with numerous barre studios in the area. Not only was I not incentivized to become a member of this studio, I do not recommend it. Customer service goes a long way. read more
