I went for a trial class and the process was super smooth from making an appointment to scheduling the time. As I entered I was welcomed and showed a space to keep my things. The class went by very quick and enjoyed what was taught. The instructor was sweet enough to explain and answer all our questions. The marketing team ended the session with plans and details for the same. I wish it worked for me but was a little over my budget and wanted to see how my body does after the session. Loved the reformers and everything was clean. Would love to give it a try may be in the future. read more

I love it here. I've found my fitness home, and coming to Pilates was the best decision I ever made for my health. I long believed because I'm plus sized that I couldn't do Pilates or that it would be an awful experience. That coupled with my bad knees, I thought I couldn't do it. I was so wrong. I'm also a runner so I wanted something that would help with lengthening and stretching my muscles. I love Pilates. It is such a fun workout and time goes by so quickly. In January of 2022 I decided to be brave and sign up for Pilates. I'd always wanted to try it, but was so scared. From day one I was hooked. There are people of all shapes, size, ages, and ability levels, which was so comforting. All the instructors are absolutely wonderful, and have their own unique style of teaching. My personal favorite is Jessica. Not only is she an incredible instructor, she's intuitive, kind, and hilarious. Beware! Currently have a three month membership that ends on 9/5/21 in exactly 9 days. Didn't realize the payment was recurring? My bad. Called this locations manager, Valentina to discuss the matter. She stated that I would be billed for a 4th month at $199. on 9/6/21 regardless, due to a thirty day written cancellation letter that needed to be submitted. I asked for the owners contact information, she would not disclose it. I asked for their Coporate number, she stated they are a franchise and don't have a corporate contact. She was quite matter of fact and smug in my opinion. I have never heard of such practices! What ever happened to customer service? The lack regard or empathy was quite sad and completely unacceptable!!! When joining I simply wanted to try it out. Their scheduled class times and lack of instructors is not up to par for the monthly fee of $199 they charge their customers. That was my reason for not wanting to renew and now I am being forced to pay another month? Whatever you do, support your local small business and do not do business with these type of franchise companies, who have unethical policies and practices such as this! Club Pilates in South Gilbert is a life changer for me. I've never enjoyed working out and when I did, it lasted about a month or so. The staff is great. Especially the manager Kelly. All of the front staff are friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. All of the teachers have been amazing. They encourage you to try your best and at the same time accommodate if you have injuries. I did an unlimited membership ...pricey... 182/mo but I was going almost daily. Then they added classes that I don't consider Pilates. So then decided I would go 2X a week because that was all the classes that fit into my schedule and I liked (some teachers were rather snooty or annoying) BUT I was told it would be $140/mo for 2X week. To me, in NYC that's par but here.... way out of line. I would have paid $80 but not $140. I was also really annoyed by the music. I have taken pilates for years and to have crap playing... with a fast beat... NO. Also, the reception area was right there and to have people talking and distracting was annoying. Horrible cancellation policy with no flexibility. Having an autoimmune compromised disease, covid has been a very scary time for me. I tried to cancel months ago, because I am not able to go to the studio. They offered to put my account on hold. I have since decided to cancel my membership, I still have to pay an additional month. It has been extremely disappointing and frustrating to say the least. There are always way to be kind to people and make things right. It is a bunch of crap to say we signed a contract and they have to still collect an additional month's payment. I would absolutely not recommend this Club Pilates studio. read more

I took the free intro on June 11th and joined immediately. Didn't take long to go from a monthly 8-pack to unlimited. Every class I attend offers something just a bit different. I am so glad I took that sample Pilates class in January, because I finally found a exercise program that works with my schedule, that is fun, where I'm not hurting myself and it's sustainable (in other words, the teachers of the program are not going to decide the don't want to teach anymore). I have LOVED all of the instructors, and they are constantly looking at all of us to make sure and ur form is correct. I went from zero exercise and worked up gradually to 5+ classes a week and feel sooo strong. I've always been wanting to try Pilates with equipment not in a gym. This is the place! Super helpful, friendly and fun staff. I've had two back surgeries and they are always asking if anyone has any issues to let them know and they will adjust the exercise for you. I joined after my free demo. I canceled my membership in August 2019. I am still being charged 180.00 per month. It is currently April 2020. I spoke to the manager on the phone to cancel my service in August. I then visited the studio to cancel my membership the same day. I followed up twice with the studio. Still no response from the studio to cancel my recurring charges. When I called today to question the recurring charge, I was offered 4 free months (I was charged 9 months) plus credit for this last month's billing cycle. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CLUB PILATES read more

This studio has a lot of choices in classes with excellent instructors. The classes are paced well and typically address whole body needs. I especially like that they provide stretch and balance classes for when I am on vacation, I can move back into my routine without injury. read more

As for the facility, classes and instructors, they are meh... It's cancelling when it gets tricky! I have cancelled my membership here twice, as instructed by their employees and they are still taking my money. First time I was advised to bring a written letter to the location, requesting cancellation. I did. The owner "never received it". Second time, I was told I needed to speak to the owner, which I did in November 2019. She told me December would be my last payment of $161.39. It wasn't. They took it out in January and in speaking with her again she now says she has "no notes" that indicate I cancelled and no recollection of our conversation. Ownership changes frequently here, so if you join, make sure you document every detail when you TRY to cancel!! Their cancellation policies are similar to what I saw in the 90's, but don't see today. It's so shameful that a business has to be deviant and alienate their customer base, rather than build their brand on practicing exceptional service. read more

When this studio opened it was wonderful, lots of energy, great instructors. After about 3 months, the instructor's began leaving, the classes fell of the schedule, they moved things around without notification to any of the members, as of now there is a new "manager" there who is so unqualified to manage anything, all of the experienced instructors are gone If you want to go to a place that has no idea of how to actually do Pilates, that is only interested in the franchise model, and the person teaching you has no idea of fitness, then this is the place for you. No... could give 0 stars if I could...mainly due to the manger Mindy at your Chandler (AZ) location on South Gilbert road ... nothing wrong with trainers or front staff. My wife had to move out of state due to her job and canceled with a 23 day notice. At the time she filled out the cancelation form (Aug 6) she was told by front staff that no further charges when her current membership expires. Apparently the existing manager then had already left or was moving out. Mindy starts at the location on Aug 15 and still charges us $161 on Aug 29 for one full month. upon calling her she tells us about 30 day cancelation fine print in the contract which has 3 day grace period so it's only 27 days. when asked why was contract never emailed to my wife the rude answer was "she is not obligated to send the contract". I even offered club piliates give us partial refund as we are technically 3 days late and asked if she didn't think it was unreasonable to charge whole month for just 3 days? She just hung up! Atrocious customer service and how can one go back on what they verbally agreed to? This rude manager wants to rule on something that was decided between front staff and the customer 10 days prior to her even starting. I am taking this to club pilates corporate and filing a dispute with our credit card bank. read more

I would highly recommend CPC to anyone - the whole team could not have been more helpful with great advice, support and encouragement. I have been attending classes 3 to 4 X per week now for a few months and love it. Janna is awesome as are the other instructors and Pete is super helpful always working with me to find classes that fit into my crazy work schedule. I honestly can't say enough about this place. I absolutely love every class I have taken so far. I have been coming to CPC going on my 4th week now, and I can definitely see the difference. Not only in my outward appearance, but also they way I feel on the inside. It's nice to feel strong and aligned. Pete, who I think own's it, is always super friendly and helpful.
