I am new to indoor cycling world so this was interesting to try. I was unaware at first, they had free new riders class. My first class for $15 (along $4 rental shoes) was strength and it was a challenge. I got familiar with the classes as I kept going. the reps in the front are friendly and answer my questions to the best of their knowledge. Ended up buying my own pair of shoes so I wouldn't have to rent them each class. They offer membership deals just make sure you read ALL of the fine print. With the regular unlimited price at $169 I have seen other places offer a lot more than just one type of area in fitness. I would still recommend this place to my friends.

    Just leaving feeling amazing!

I thrive with Motivation! I've taken a few classes over the last few weeks and all the instructors I've worked out with are adorable and so motivating and Inspiring. It's so nice because the room is dark with lots of lights going around the room and you can feel nothing but Good Vibes all around you. It is extremely clean and somebody is always trying to help you. All my neighbors that have been next to me are super friendly! "Leave all the negativity outside theese doors, How bad do you want it today, You can do it tomorrow but why wait when you can do it today"! This place is a 10 and a must try

My mom and I started Cycling about three months ago and we absolutely love it! You have to find the right trainers that fit your personality. Once you find the vibe that works for you and the class style you love it's really hard to quit. Even on days when we're super tired we find the energy to go and ride with our favorite trainers. If you like a class atmosphere and you need someone pumping you up to keep you going this is definitely the work out class for you! They're almost always doing new rider specials as well.

Nice facilities consistent with other CycleBar studios. Staff is friendly and instructors are high energy! The locker area can seem a bit small during transition time between classes, but is adequate. I do wish they offered power style classes to help transition riders (and build strength!) for road and mountain cycling. Overall, I've enjoyed my time here and will continue to take classes. I do recommend a class with Gil, Natalie and Ashley! Have yet to try a few of the others.

Would someone be able to get me set up on the bike without attending an introductory training session? I'm more familiar with Kieser bikes.

Yes, of course! Just ask at the front desk!

Dipping into year number 3 of absolutely consistent focused weight training. Even as I'm leaving…read morethe gym, I can't WAIT to get back in! I've increased my days and am now also doing the treadmill, too. Whatever insomnia I initially suffered from was RESOLVED the first week of training. It's virtually impossible to NOT fall asleep in 3-4 minutes and I mean EVERY NIGHT! That alone was worth getting busy, stopping with making excuses and taking greater responsibility for MY "HEALTH SPAN." Who else gonna do that? It's a super disciplined time of my life and that extends to every habit, what I eat, drink, watch, listen to, allow myself to be around and it's GOOD! I give all glory to God for giving me clarity with each issue, to not dither on important matters! I AM thinking about tomorrows! This gym, its variety, the proximity and the range of what's possible over time is intriguing. As a sci-fi fan, who years ago named his 'voice-controlled' home, "Moon Base Alpha," the design of this gym compliments my aesthetic. EVERY cell in your body will benefit and it doesn't hurt that I look like a freaking stud! lol Didn't set out that way, but I'll take it 'cause it came along with targeting my insomnia through weight training. Lot's of hormones going on at any gym and it's not hard to shut down 'the look' from both guys and gals. Psst, take a number! lol In no way is the gym a social thing for me. It's the most greedy/selfish time of the day, by NECESSITY! Any air expended beyond that to achieve lift is conserved! The greatest gains I've made have been with prep/warm ups and doing each lift to exhaustion with only '1 or none' left in the tank. Not hard to understand, it's a stimulus/response sending the signals to the cells to BUILD capacity. But here's the thing... Dedicated and consistent exercise/weight training WILL improve EVERY organ in the body when combined with a solid diet and hydration with unsweetened water. A case could be made for some carbs doing an intense, longer training demand. I'm using 50% watermelon juice and 50% water. Occasionally, post-workout I hit "ultra filtered milk" and some ovalteen. Although I'm not lactose intolerant, that u-filted milk is much higher in protein and calcium so I'm upping my intake. I do NOT use powders, creatine or health related 'products,' bars, drinks... Instead I use REAL foods, full of fiber and eat proteins with meals, tons of grains, fruits, veggies, nuts, yogurt, etc. I do NOT buy into all the gym bodybuilding hype out there with folks 'selling' stuff. And I know from my own gains that 'the fundamentals' are safer and it's working. As a guy with a mesomorph body type, it's getting good! Viking ancestor genes ACTIVATE! As expected, IF one does not simply begin somewhere, build gradually, and then put that work in, you may be kicking important cans down the road. With the understanding that there ARE 168 hours in the week, I asked myself 'how MANY of those hours are folks/myself actually investing/using to exercise?' It's an interesting question. All the personal benefits, gains, enhancements in body/mind/soul--the disease avoidance/mitigations possible--are among the things that I've come to most value. KNOWING the efforts are sound. And even if you're not 'shopping' it's always nice to be noticed positively. Like any tool used to accomplish a task, the gym is perhaps the most significant one I have to take advantage of and I'm grateful to the Lord for always providing what I most need, insight! Walking into the right decisions is critical! I can only imagine how this consistent effort will preserve and enhance function, independence and ability into every season of life! Highly social elsewhere, when I enter any GB3, it's TIME to get busy. The world stops turning, I don't respond to calls or texts. Here, I'm selfish and focused 'by NECESSITY!' The most talking likely to come from me is relegated to asking someone, "How many sets left?" :) -G

The gym itself is huge, but while there's a lot of equipment, most of it is cardio machines. The weight area needs some attention: there's only two benches for bench pressing, the 2.5lb weights are scarce, there are no clips for the barbells, and there could be more cable machines. The locker rooms could use a refresh: they are a bit dirty and the lockers could use a refresh. The pool here is really weird. The shape means that one of the lanes is unusable for lap swimming, and the pool is way too warm. All in all, this gym is ok, but I would never join it as a regular gym.

Fast forward to 12/2025, I finally went in an unfroze my account. There were quite a few noticible changes since then: There are now more squat racks (vs just the 3 at the time), there are also more cardio machines and the daycare was also closed when they reopened. There are also sanitation stations throughout the gym too (which is an A in my book) however it also seems that there are now more new members. I'm so glad to be back after all these years of putting it off. I've lost some strength since then but I'll probably gain some of it back probably after a month in. But Sean? He's the manager. And I am absolutely baffled that someone with this little people skills is in charge of anything involving human interaction. Sean has what I can only describe as angry short white man syndrome, and I don't say that lightly. The man was on an incredible power trip from the moment we interacted with him. I have never met someone who radiates that much unexplained hostility. He was huffing, puffing, and looked like he was about to blow the whole house down. His face was red and was literally shaking from anger because his "ego" cannot admit that he was clearly in the wrong, and it was almost funny. My friend and I stayed completely calm and polite the entire time, which seemed to make him even angrier. Watching a "grown" man have a full emotional meltdown over a normal customer interaction was genuinely pathetic and sad. I genuinely mean this, Sean Clinton does not deserve to be around people, let alone manage a team. If you're the type of manager who turns red and shakes because a customer speaks to you calmly, you are not fit to be in customer service. To Sean, if you ever read this: take a deep breath. Maybe a vacation. Or therapy. Something. It is not our fault that you are only three apples tall.
