He uses coercion to get students to sign a contract when they are not ready to make an obligation. If he takes a dislike to someone, he removes them from the studio under the pretense of "disruptive" behavior Instructors turnover annually/bi-annually. Parking is plentiful so no worries there. Lots of signs inside indicating to remove valuables from your car. Erik helped me out alot on movements and he was very patient. I know how to do some Kettlebell moves but was only learning it through youtube. He was very professional and a great teacher. He explained the movements very well and we went through them together. I would definitely recommend Erik as a personal trainer and would love to revisit again if I had the chance.

The instructor, Octavia, moved from pose to pose fairly quickly but she did a great job explaining proper form, walking around the room, and noting modifications for thr various levels. I thought the class was wonderfully done. I talked to the instructor afterwards and took a flyer for prices and the schedule. It was very reasonable. Also, this studio is HUGE! There is kombucha on tap, two bathrooms, a sitting area, and a little locker area. They're open cubbies but the studio is locked during classes to safeguard your items. The actual yoga room is also large. They put little tape squares on the floor so people know where to lay their mats so everyone has the same amount of space. I docked a star because, while the store size is impressive, it wasn't clear where you should and shouldn't wear shoes. The studio didn't seem very clean for this reason. Everyone in class had dirty feet from walking around barefoot where people had been wearing shoes before. The communal mats were free to use, but they were all light green Lululemon branded and you could see every smudge of dirt on them so it wasn't particularly inviting. Def recommend coming with your own mat.
