Danielle Fee VAughn first time
Desiree G.

We signed up for our first time today , attended the 5:30 45 MIN WORKOUT ......and I have to say that was even more intense that I thought The customer service is by far the best I've seen all year from any place I've been too ‼ So good that it makes wanna come back for more . They have so many helpers to help and assist you during the entire process . If you want a good workout to sweat this is the place .....Within 8 min I needed a towel . Danielle Fee Vaughn and I had fun but ohhhh man my legs wobbled ... for a good 10 min .....that's a beginner for ya . I recommend asking for a seat pad at front desk for a softer seat . They do supply them for you at front desk . Upon your first visit your given a water bottle yes you'll need that for the intestity level workout

I'm a regular of their Fresno location, let's just say i was really impressed by their new Clovis location. It's really big. Nice bikes, they provide shoes for you if needed. They offer sales to newcomers. Lots of amenities. Great friendly staff.

Literally a cycle family

I can't even begin to express how much this place has helped me grow! Cyclebar has emotionally and physically made me stronger! I love coming here although I don't always have the motivation I never dread coming here. The instructors are literally the best. They are the sweetest, nicest & most influential people. They are so encouraging and push you to become a better version of yourself! I drive 45 mins to workout in a 45 min ride if that doesn't tell you that it's worth it I don't know what will. Thank you cyclebar for being such a welcoming environment. A place filled with so much love thank you cyclebar!

Still love Natalie, I've had a couple other teachers who are all great in their own way, but maybe because I started with her, she is my favorite.

Pretty solid gym overall, but there are definitely some things that could be improved. The biggest…read moreissue for me is the layout. It's basically one large open space where everything is mixed together--treadmills, weightlifting, and machines all in the same area. There are a couple of smaller rooms off to the side, but for the most part, about 95% of the gym is just one big open room with equipment stacked everywhere. It can honestly feel a little overwhelming. When you look around, it feels like a zoo at times with a huge number of people bouncing from one machine to the next. That said, I didn't really have an issue waiting for machines, even when it was busy--it's just crowded almost all the time. On the positive side, they do offer a lot of amenities: a pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and showers. I used the steam room and showers, which were nice, but keep in mind you need to bring your own towel and your own lock for the wall lockers. A day pass is $10, which isn't bad at all for what you get. Parking was pretty easy, and they also have a protein bar along with premade healthy meals available for purchase, which is convenient. Overall, it's a decent facility with good amenities and value, but the constant crowd and open layout make it feel more chaotic than relaxing.

The pool deck screens are covered with yuck, flying bugs in the handicap shower, today paper and old bandaids on the cement. Water was cloudy last Monday and Tuesday pool was closed. I have shared pictures with main office, and been told they are working on it. 40-50 folks work out in the pool every morning but staff acts like we don't work out in the gym so we are just a bunch of old people. Shouldn't take 3 weeks to clean pool grates, and kill bugs. Dont look at the window sills by the equipment facing the pool. Brown sweat is gross.

I'd would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to look and feel better about…read morethemselves. I joined 2 years ago at my heaviest 155 and didn't even know how to do a simple squat. I lived a very sedentary lifestyle before I joined the Camp. I've met so many nice and friendly members who have become some of my closest friends. The coaches are really good and encouraging. They make every member feel welcome. I look forward to coming to the camp every evening to see my friends and exercise with some of the best /knowledgeable trainers ie . Amy, Marc , Derek and Jose . I love them all .. their Black Friday sale is great and I took that opportunity to sign up and pay for the whole year. I hear people say it's expensive this and expensive that but to me it's not at all. Not because i think I can afford it but I think my health is way more important than a little money that I can make if I'm still healthy . Since I started two years ago here I have improved my health by losing weight and getting my sugar level to go back to normal . I don't just feel healthy physically but also mentally too. I feel relax and stress free every time I enter and leave the camp. I love all the trainers but especially Amy because she's so funny and puts everyone at ease but yet she will kick your butt. But remember we all go at our own pace . Trainers are always reminding us to modify if we need to. only thing I would hope is that they can add a Sunday morning class because I do like to go everyday . Love it so much I don't want to miss any day. So please consider?

Dipping into year number 3 of absolutely consistent focused weight training. Even as I'm leaving…read morethe gym, I can't WAIT to get back in! I've increased my days and am now also doing the treadmill, too. Whatever insomnia I initially suffered from was RESOLVED the first week of training. It's virtually impossible to NOT fall asleep in 3-4 minutes and I mean EVERY NIGHT! That alone was worth getting busy, stopping with making excuses and taking greater responsibility for MY "HEALTH SPAN." Who else gonna do that? It's a super disciplined time of my life and that extends to every habit, what I eat, drink, watch, listen to, allow myself to be around and it's GOOD! I give all glory to God for giving me clarity with each issue, to not dither on important matters! I AM thinking about tomorrows! This gym, its variety, the proximity and the range of what's possible over time is intriguing. As a sci-fi fan, who years ago named his 'voice-controlled' home, "Moon Base Alpha," the design of this gym compliments my aesthetic. EVERY cell in your body will benefit and it doesn't hurt that I look like a freaking stud! lol Didn't set out that way, but I'll take it 'cause it came along with targeting my insomnia through weight training. Lot's of hormones going on at any gym and it's not hard to shut down 'the look' from both guys and gals. Psst, take a number! lol In no way is the gym a social thing for me. It's the most greedy/selfish time of the day, by NECESSITY! Any air expended beyond that to achieve lift is conserved! The greatest gains I've made have been with prep/warm ups and doing each lift to exhaustion with only '1 or none' left in the tank. Not hard to understand, it's a stimulus/response sending the signals to the cells to BUILD capacity. But here's the thing... Dedicated and consistent exercise/weight training WILL improve EVERY organ in the body when combined with a solid diet and hydration with unsweetened water. A case could be made for some carbs doing an intense, longer training demand. I'm using 50% watermelon juice and 50% water. Occasionally, post-workout I hit "ultra filtered milk" and some ovalteen. Although I'm not lactose intolerant, that u-filted milk is much higher in protein and calcium so I'm upping my intake. I do NOT use powders, creatine or health related 'products,' bars, drinks... Instead I use REAL foods, full of fiber and eat proteins with meals, tons of grains, fruits, veggies, nuts, yogurt, etc. I do NOT buy into all the gym bodybuilding hype out there with folks 'selling' stuff. And I know from my own gains that 'the fundamentals' are safer and it's working. As a guy with a mesomorph body type, it's getting good! Viking ancestor genes ACTIVATE! As expected, IF one does not simply begin somewhere, build gradually, and then put that work in, you may be kicking important cans down the road. With the understanding that there ARE 168 hours in the week, I asked myself 'how MANY of those hours are folks/myself actually investing/using to exercise?' It's an interesting question. All the personal benefits, gains, enhancements in body/mind/soul--the disease avoidance/mitigations possible--are among the things that I've come to most value. KNOWING the efforts are sound. And even if you're not 'shopping' it's always nice to be noticed positively. Like any tool used to accomplish a task, the gym is perhaps the most significant one I have to take advantage of and I'm grateful to the Lord for always providing what I most need, insight! Walking into the right decisions is critical! I can only imagine how this consistent effort will preserve and enhance function, independence and ability into every season of life! Highly social elsewhere, when I enter any GB3, it's TIME to get busy. The world stops turning, I don't respond to calls or texts. Here, I'm selfish and focused 'by NECESSITY!' The most talking likely to come from me is relegated to asking someone, "How many sets left?" :) -G

GB3 bills itself as an upscale gym, but there are a lot of details that make it more of a mid range…read moregym. The drop-in process is easy and the fee is reasonable at $10. The gym itself is huge, but while there's a lot of equipment, most of it is cardio machines. The weight area needs some attention: there's only two benches for bench pressing, the 2.5lb weights are scarce, there are no clips for the barbells, and there could be more cable machines. The locker rooms could use a refresh: they are a bit dirty and the lockers could use a refresh. The pool here is really weird. The shape means that one of the lanes is unusable for lap swimming, and the pool is way too warm. All in all, this gym is ok, but I would never join it as a regular gym.
