I have been going to CycleBar Clovis for a couple of months now. I really enjoy Travis' class. He is very motivating, has great music, and gives a great workout. Madeline at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. The studio is clean and smells nice. If you need shoes, they provide them. They also provide a towel on your bike (you will need it). If you want to burn a ton of calories, sweat like crazy, and have fun while doing it, try it out! read more

I have been going to cyclebar for a couple of months now. I love how the classes are always so positive and I always get a great workout. They really make you feel welcome. However, I gave it 2 stars because I feel that the staff there are never on the same page when it comes to giving out information about their deals. Each time each staff tells me and my sister a different thing. To make the story short I wanted to purchase their Oct deal where you purchase 10 rides for $99 then with a 3 months contact the price for the unlimited rides drops down from its original price. I have been told 4 different things about how to qualify and how the deal works. Finally, I went to sign up and some girl Alynna was helping me. Of course she too was telling me something completely different plus was very rude. I just wanted to make sure we were all on the same page and know exactly what I was signing up for. Then Alynna said all snooty that she would know because she's the manager there. Well, Alynna since you know so much how come you gave my sister wrong information about the Wonder Woman rides??? Second, are you suppose to take care of customers with a stinky rude ass face expression on? I wasn't trying to be difficult. It wouldn't hurt to smile and have a better attitude and tone of voice while helping out customers. How the heck are you a manager when you have no professionalism? On a good note I would like to give the instructor Maryanne 5 stars. All the instructors are nice but Maryanne goes out of her way to talk to you and get to know your name. I love taking her class and she's always so friendly and nice. read more

I started coming to CycleBar once my main cycling studio (RIDE54) closed down. I was hesitant at first because of the change, change is hard! But I can honestly say that I am loving it. If you have a bad experience, try out a different instructor. Keep going until you find an instructor that really motivates you in the way YOU need it. Don't give up. read more

Cyclebar is much more than my favorite way to do cardio! I always leave class inspired and with a smile (and lots of sweat!) on my face. I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience here. It can be a little pricey, but the discounted student prices are much appreciated and definitely worth it! Facilities are always clean and staff is always helpful and nice. The songs are awesome, the instructors are great and the motivational speeches really make the experience so worthwhile. I attempted to join a class a few days ago and was not impressed. As I walked through the door the young lady at the front counter was sitting on top of the counter on her phone, when I informed her I was there for a cycling class through my work and that there would be more of us coming. She stated that she had no record of that and that I was more then likely in the wrong spot. I left and rechecked my email and went back to show her the address I had was in fact Clovis CYCLEBAR, she once again stated she was not aware of this and that the class I was there to cycle in did not exist (6-7pm) I informed her that I was simply following the instructions I had. She attempted to send me away again and I informed her that according to my information I am to be here. So she called her manager and was informed that I was being truthful and that more employees would be coming. She then sent me away and told be to return at 6:15 so she could show me to set up when it was 5:45pm, I never went back because she was so rude even after finding out I was in the area as instructed. I sure there workout class is great or so I've heard but there staff in my eyes need a lot of work! read more
