I honestly hate writing negative reviews and truthfully, I'm not even sure if the owners care to improve the facility. The machines here are a powerlifters dream! The gym members are great and you're surrounded by people who are dedicated to the workout. The atmosphere is truly great. All that to be said, if you have even the slightest bit of cleanliness standards, this gym is an absolute no-go for you. For instance, the paper towel wipes will NEVER be restocked, the cloth towels that they expect EVERYONE to SHARE to wipe down the equipment absolutely reek, the ceilings are CAKED in dust and spiderwebs (which is lovely when they turn the fans on), the sauna floor looks like it's never been mopped and don't get me started on the occasional pee smell when you walk in. I really wanted to love this gym. I also do not have a problem spending $100 on a gym but the experience has to match.

Best gym in the Valley. For sure a second home. The people, the equipment, the amenities, hours... I can go on. Best gym. Hands down.

Best powerlifting gym out there hands down, this is no commercial gym. This is a gym where only serious people come to

How are the crowds? Especially during peak times. I would look at attending both cedar and fig garden. My issue with GB3 is that you can go during the "slow times" and it's still packed enough that you have to wait for benches or machines.

There’s always enough equipment to get a workout in. You’ll have to see it in person during your preferred training time to make a proper assessment. Slow times could be as little as 5-10 people total.

Hi, does this gym have an indoor basketball court?

We do not. This is just a small private gym dedicated to weight lifting and strength training.

I've been here for about 2 years now and I wouldn't dream of going back to a commercial gym.

This gym is always kept nice and clean and the machines are usually well taken care of. But again, great gym nonetheless!

While the weight loss is great, I'm feeling so much better overall and finally getting quality sleep. More importantly, my medical stats have seen a massive shift for the better, with significant improvements in my triglycerides, A1C, and cholesterol levels. There is a fantastic sense of camaraderie here, led by the owner Terry, who is very present in the gym, and a team of knowledgeable, energetic coaches. The class times are convenient, and they even offer body scans to give you detailed, data-driven feedback on your progress. In my opinion, if you can commit to a solid month here, you can establish a healthy habit that will stay with you for the rest of your life.

My…read moreexperiences have been good during those times but when the pandemic happened, I ended up freezing my membership on 3/2020. Fast forward to 12/2025, I finally went in an unfroze my account. There were quite a few noticible changes since then: There are now more squat racks (vs just the 3 at the time), there are also more cardio machines and the daycare was also closed when they reopened. There are also sanitation stations throughout the gym too (which is an A in my book) however it also seems that there are now more new members. I'm so glad to be back after all these years of putting it off. I've lost some strength since then but I'll probably gain some of it back probably after a month in. Pro Tip: This place is at its busiest on weekdays starting around 3pm until 8pm. Late Fridays and the weekends are the least busiest.

I don't usually write reviews, but after my experience with Sean Clinton, I had to say something…read more Let me start by giving credit where it's due: the other employees here are genuinely kind and did their jobs well. But Sean? He's the manager. And I am absolutely baffled that someone with this little people skills is in charge of anything involving human interaction. Sean has what I can only describe as angry short white man syndrome, and I don't say that lightly. The man was on an incredible power trip from the moment we interacted with him. I have never met someone who radiates that much unexplained hostility. He was huffing, puffing, and looked like he was about to blow the whole house down. His face was red and was literally shaking from anger because his "ego" cannot admit that he was clearly in the wrong, and it was almost funny. My friend and I stayed completely calm and polite the entire time, which seemed to make him even angrier. Watching a "grown" man have a full emotional meltdown over a normal customer interaction was genuinely pathetic and sad. I genuinely mean this, Sean Clinton does not deserve to be around people, let alone manage a team. If you're the type of manager who turns red and shakes because a customer speaks to you calmly, you are not fit to be in customer service. To Sean, if you ever read this: take a deep breath. Maybe a vacation. Or therapy. Something. It is not our fault that you are only three apples tall.
