I took a private for my first ever Pilates class, and stephanie decided to personally do the session with me because I had discussed how I had previous sports injuries. On their social media, you'll see all the instructors are constantly learning more to be even better instructors. I am personally a big fan of reformer Pilates so I can only speak to that. But go on their instagram, you'll see all the different Pilates classes they offer, student feedback, and I love how they every now and then do nutrition workshops. Overall this studio is committed to educating their students, and for them their clients a priority. I will never be able to speak highly enough but if you need a Pilates studio THIS IS THE ONE also! The gym itself is huge, but while there's a lot of equipment, most of it is cardio machines. The weight area needs some attention: there's only two benches for bench pressing, the 2.5lb weights are scarce, there are no clips for the barbells, and there could be more cable machines. The locker rooms could use a refresh: they are a bit dirty and the lockers could use a refresh. The pool here is really weird. The shape means that one of the lanes is unusable for lap swimming, and the pool is way too warm. All in all, this gym is ok, but I would never join it as a regular gym.
