    New helmet.
    Tammy S.

Extremely helpful in picking out a motorcycle helmet that was comfortable and looked better than the Evel Kinevil helmet I was wearing. During checkout I noticed a Dixxon flannel that was on sale but didn't purchase it. I called the next day to pay for the flannel so when my friend came into the place to pick up the Evel Kinevil helmet That was left there, he unknowingly pick up a nice flannel for himself. The guys working at this place were great.

BLUF: Brian and his technicians are true masters of their craft. If you do your own research and…read moretrust the science behind why they do what they do, you will not be disappointed. I purchased a brand new 2024 KTM 500 EXC-F, expecting a "race-ready" dual sport. After six months of riding, I was deeply frustrated. Despite dialing in sag and compression/rebound to factory specs, the bike remained harsh, unstable, and exhausting to ride. Every bump and imperfection was transmitted directly into my arms and legs. I dealt with persistent flame-outs, poor handling, and constant fatigue. After a recommendation from a past client, I reached out to Brian at N2Dirt. The process was professional from start to finish: Consultation: Brian's intake process makes it easy to distinguish between "needs" and "nice-to-haves." He is incredibly transparent with pricing, works within your budget, and explains the "why" behind every recommendation. Attention to Detail: His team doesn't just perform swaps; they verify torque specs, grease components, and treat the bike with genuine care. The Transformation: Brian and his team performed a total overhaul: Suspension: A complete rebuild and re-valve perfectly tuned for my 225lb geared-up weight. The bike now glides over terrain, offering comfort and control I didn't think was possible. Engine & Electrical: ECU tuning, uncorked airbox, and exhaust upgrades have made the power delivery crisp and predictable. The tidy-tail install and headlight upgrades also made the bike more streamlined and capable at night. Protection & Chassis: Added robust skid plates, handguards, and fork guards, while balancing the wheels and installing rim locks to ensure durability on the trail. Expert Guidance: Brian provided invaluable "pro tips"--from bleeding forks after elevation changes to maintenance intervals and ergonomics (seat/footpegs). He even took the time to teach me how to use the ECU tuner, and he remains available for follow-up questions. The result is a night-and-day difference in responsiveness, confidence, and pure enjoyment. As someone managing physical limitations and past knee surgeries, this bike is finally a pleasure to ride rather than a fight against the terrain. I am 100% satisfied with the work and look forward to returning for more upgrades. If you're on the fence, just give them a call--your riding experience will thank you.
