However, they ask for a tip when you pay. Why would they ask for a tip??? I put zero for tip. Apparently, the service tech didn't like that I didn't give a tip and kept my phone for 45 minutes. In less than a week, the protective cover started separating so I brought it back. He said he couldn't do anything because I had more cracks. I had no cracks. The protective cover was just separating.
