During that time, I have visited once or twice a month and have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars with your business. Until recently, my experiences were consistently professional. Over the last six months, however, I have noticed a dramatic change in the way I am treated by certain employees. While one of your male employees has always been courteous, professional, and helpful, two female employees have repeatedly displayed hostility, disrespect, and unprofessional behavior toward me. On June 3, 2026, I came into your store to make approximately 150 copies. The copier was not functioning properly. An employee attempted to use the machine multiple times without success. I then requested only a few copies. No one informed me that there would be a different charge because an employee was making the copies rather than me making them myself. When I received my bill and asked about the pricing difference, I was met with an argumentative and dismissive attitude rather than a professional explanation. As I attempted to explain the situation, one employee repeatedly interrupted me, became increasingly rude, and refused to listen. Another employee eventually told her to stop arguing and move on. This was not an isolated incident. It was simply the latest example of a pattern of disrespectful treatment that I have experienced from the same individuals. I have never been rude, threatening, or disruptive in your store. In fact, over seven years, I have spoken very little to these employees beyond normal customer interactions. Yet I continue to be treated as though I am unwelcome. As a long-time customer, I find this disappointing. Customers should not be subjected to hostility, gossip, judgment, or unprofessional conduct while conducting ordinary business. Whether an employee personally likes a customer is irrelevant. Professionalism is part of the job. I am bringing this matter to your attention because I believe management should know how customers are being treated. This place took my call and for just a few dollars took care of my problem. I was also pleased that I was able to drop off my brother's computer for secure disposal of the hard drive. This spot is an authorized Amazon Locker pickup location. But probably not for long. For the past 3…read moredays, the business has been closed so UPS can't make Amazon package drops. We had to pay $24.97 in UPS fees just to have our packages rerouted to a UPS Access location just so we can get the Amazon items we ordered. So everything is now going to be a week late for delivery. I can't recommend having anything shipped here because the value just isn't there. You'll end up with notices from UPS saying the business is closed, can't access the Amazon locker, etc. Will never have packages sent there again and we had to file a complaint with Amazon.

We've lost signal in really high winds a couple times and he comes right back out to secure the signal again. They are always so accommodating and get right out to you as quickly as possible. Great small business that goes above and beyond in customer service. The little they charge is so worth not having to hassle trying to figure out the signal on your own. I pray they never go out of business as we'll be lost.

If you are looking for ambiance in your shopping experience, forget it. But you will find an old guy in there that knows his stuff. Wife and I have place in Bullhead for weekends and vacations and we wanted an antenna to pull in the local channels, this guy knew exactly what we needed and set us up. Story gets better. I broke the antenna as I was threading the cable onto output. I took it back to him and he repaired it for me..for free! The picture we get is fantastic. Wenzel showed me where to pint the antenna, how high up I needed to be, etc. Do yourself a favor, go get an antenna from this guy and give him a shot at repairing your flat screen TV.
