We landed at New Life Games and we were thrilled with the selection and pricing! The store is loaded with refurbished slot machines, video poker and video games. We walked around and found just the one we wanted, they even switched out the top part of the cabinet display for one we liked better. The owner, Scotty (?), was very informative and helpful, gave us a satisfying price and off we went to give her the surprise! And she sure was surprised!!! We were told to contact the store should we have any issues with the machine. We did have some, and every now and then we still will run into a quirk or glitch, but they are readily helpful and even have come to the house to fix the problem. Excellent customer service!!! Especially when the in-laws are older and don't leave the house often, plus "technology" can be confusing to them. Scotty shines through every time! Unfortunately our sweet Nana passed away months after her gift, but we were able to let her get in some great in-home gambling before she went to the casino in the sky! We are eyeballing a Pac Man / Galaga table top that he's got on the counter for sale, one day we'll have one and when it's time to buy, we know just where to go! There are lots of trinkets and fun gifts inside the store as well. Just stop in and take a look around! Located across the street from Safeway on Highway 95. Once home we found the PC was still not turning on. Took it to a new place since it was the weekend and found out the Motherboard was what was the problem. After explaining we just replaced the Power Supply Unit the new tech looked and showed us how the Power Supply Unit was dusty and had not been touched. So after charging to replace with a new one they just took our money but didnt fix the problem nor did they even replace what we was charged for. Dont come here unless you want to be lied to and scammed out of money. I probably bought a power supply unit for someone elses PC but i know for a fact they didnt replace ours and didnt fix the problem. This place will not refund you with the same form of payment or will send you a check either. Total scam and untrustworthy business.
