The gave her a very long receipt that said she had 7 days to return. Remember she has one eye! The did not verbally tell an 85 year old she had 7 days! I spent 4 hours the next day trying to help her with this and on a daily basis since.. They even created accounts and passwords for her that she does not know what they were or how to change them. I came into the store with her and explained to them that there is no way this woman should've been sold an iPhone 11 Pro Max and she wants her phone back. Which they replied Nope sorry no return policy and we already got rid of her phone. If you know any seniors, do not let them come in to this business. this is a predatory business. Be careful. As I told them I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. And the recent positive reviews on their Facebook page is because they're allowing these out of the country scammers to post on their profile and in exhange they're giving them positive feedback. Read the feedback very carefully with these guys. I'm thoroughly disgusted. She could've gone to T-Mobile, which I tried to get her to do pay $50 a month and they would've given her a free phone and transferred her data over for no charge..

I was assured they would be. I pulled in at 8 a.m. The parking lot was empty. I was flagged down by a bum, apparently panhandling, whom I avoided. The store was empty and appeared it had closed down. I seriously doubt they went out of business overnight. So what's the story here?! I left and took my business elsewhere. Yelp will need to confirm whether this business is open or closed!

During that time, I have visited once or twice a month and have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars with your business. Until recently, my experiences were consistently professional. Over the last six months, however, I have noticed a dramatic change in the way I am treated by certain employees. While one of your male employees has always been courteous, professional, and helpful, two female employees have repeatedly displayed hostility, disrespect, and unprofessional behavior toward me. On June 3, 2026, I came into your store to make approximately 150 copies. The copier was not functioning properly. An employee attempted to use the machine multiple times without success. I then requested only a few copies. No one informed me that there would be a different charge because an employee was making the copies rather than me making them myself. When I received my bill and asked about the pricing difference, I was met with an argumentative and dismissive attitude rather than a professional explanation. As I attempted to explain the situation, one employee repeatedly interrupted me, became increasingly rude, and refused to listen. Another employee eventually told her to stop arguing and move on. This was not an isolated incident. It was simply the latest example of a pattern of disrespectful treatment that I have experienced from the same individuals. I have never been rude, threatening, or disruptive in your store. In fact, over seven years, I have spoken very little to these employees beyond normal customer interactions. Yet I continue to be treated as though I am unwelcome. As a long-time customer, I find this disappointing. Customers should not be subjected to hostility, gossip, judgment, or unprofessional conduct while conducting ordinary business. Whether an employee personally likes a customer is irrelevant. Professionalism is part of the job. I am bringing this matter to your attention because I believe management should know how customers are being treated.
