As my husband entered a unknown pop-up do I need to say anymore it was all bad. I frantically looked for a PC repair near us. I came accross many in my area, but like the reviews Rick (Jungle PC). As I am a avid shopper and seller on ebay, reputation is everything, to say the least I like his reviews. My instinct paid off. He is just like his reviews say. He fix our computer, clean it up and even went beyond his duty and installed two applications that was need on it for the same cost. Our Computer now works as it was new or better. His prices are fair and responsible. He is very attentive to your request and needs or wants. Will answer what seem to be stupid questions, he is very patiient. Although we got our original computer up and running, my husband want a smaller computer, so we bought a brand new small one, we had Rick set that one up and transfer all data over to the new one, and again went over his duty and installed a few applications which it didn't have, and a Anti Virus. I am getting ready to buy a new computer myself and will be using no other computer service then Jungle PC to transfer my data over and install other applications that the new doesn't have. I have a Dell laptop and I kept getting an error message from Dell Support saying my hard drive was no good so I called Dale and they said yes it's no good so I bought a hard drive unfortunately try to do it myself and couldn't get it to transferre all my files windows 10 etc. so I got on Google so researching computer shops and Jungle Pc Repair upped up read all of use not one review was bad they all had a five star rating which is really good these days customer service friendliness shop was clean and Rick was awesome And a very reasonable price for everything that I had done I highly suggest jungle PC for any computers or anything else. My work laptop was acting up. I thought it was the fan so did some research and took it to Jungle PC in Fort Mohave. Rick diagnosed the problem before he even opened up the laptop. Bottom line, he could have sold me a new fan or a battery but he didn't. My battery was corroding and because of the age of the laptop, he recommended I just run on the power cord. He cleaned it up, installed Windows updates, checked for viruses, etc. I had my laptop back in 24 hours and it's been working great. Oh, and his pricing was much lower than I expected. Rick at Jungle PC is great. My daughters old computer crashed and quit working. Rick did a free diagnostic on it. He told us what we would need and the cost of the parts. He was honest and told me he could fix it but we would be better off putting the money towards a newer one. I thought that was cool of him. I'll be bringing in my other computers to get serviced and cleaned up. He is very knowledgeable and explains things so I could understand them. Rick is very helpful. I wanted an update and cleanup of my 10+ year old Dell laptop. He stopped the update due to some weird sounds he encountered.
