It was completely dead, so there was no way to check new protection. My husband picked it up not knowing I had taken bag and mouse. When he got home we called about accessories. When we got charged up there was a popup that said our protection would expire in 3 days. When we went back to get our accessories I asked to be shown where the protection was. It had not been installed. Was not charged but had to leave it again. Will not be going back.

We had a patio cover, done the same way in California, and then moved to Arizona. What I really appreciated most ,was the exceptional quality of the materials that were used, as well as the installation technique. The California job that I had done, cannot compare to the job that Jim and his crew did, here in Arizona. Adam, was the Foremen, and I watched him, as he made sure that his crew, did what they were supposed to. It was a couple of days later , while having breakfast in the patio, that my Wife and I noticed how tight the installation was, and the overall thickness, of the awning quality.
