I spent 4 hours the next day trying to help her with this and on a daily basis since.. They even created accounts and passwords for her that she does not know what they were or how to change them. It was completely dead, so there was no way to check new protection. My husband picked it up not knowing I had taken bag and mouse. When he got home we called about accessories. When we got charged up there was a popup that said our protection would expire in 3 days. When we went back to get our accessories I asked to be shown where the protection was. I was assured they would be. I pulled in at 8 a.m. The parking lot was empty. I was flagged down by a bum, apparently panhandling, whom I avoided. The store was empty and appeared it had closed down. I seriously doubt they went out of business overnight. So what's the story here?! I left and took my business elsewhere. Yelp will need to confirm whether this business is open or closed!
