Junk removal a couple times clearing out house, the only service that called back, reliable, professional, fair price quoted up front

Live outside Kingman city limits. Used Junk Out twice now, recently to remove an ancient metal garden shed full of leftover building materials. Excellent service both times! I called for an appointment and described what I had to pick up (which turned out to be more than what I thought). Anyway when they showed up I was given a reasonable estimate and gave them the go ahead. I pointed out everything to be gone and that's exactly what was removed. The fellow even offered to move a cabinet for me. My backyard and patio are junk-free now. It was a very pleasant and fast experience. I will call them again when I have more stuff. read more

This company is wonderful. I was in AZ for just the weekend to take care of a storage unit. They answered the phone, I called 2 others and 1 never called me back, set an appointment and was there when they said they would be. I also got calls along the way about their ETA. They gave me a very reasonable rate and I was on my way! They cleared out the storeroom, cleaned it up took pictures and emailed to me so I could send to the storage company. Wonderful experience!! I called late afternoon on a Monday and they scheduled me for Wednesday morning at 9am. They came and cleaned everything Out and even swept the area! It was so nice to see the space all cleaned. They were quick and courteous on the phone and were very reasonably priced. They even took my old appliances. Highly recommend. read more

Love the name of the company, it describes exactly what I was looking for. Yesterday late afternoon almost 5:00 I called and to my surprise the phone was answered and it was a lady by the name of Dana. She listened to what my needs were and asked me to text her pictures if I could, I could and I did. She texted me and said she received them and she would get back to me with a price to do the job. maybe an hour later she said she had the quote and if I wanted to go with her quote she had time available late the next day or the following day. Dana said he husband Wes was going to finish another job and he would be at my house between 12 and 2 to remove my stuff. That was easy I thought to myself. The next day Dana texted me and let me know Wes looked like he was going to finish the other job on time and then come to me. She said with drive time it would be close to 3:00 when Wes would arrive. I live in a secured community so I kept an ear open so I could let him in. Someone else opened the gate for him so I thought I'd look out the window to check and see if he was at the gate and to my surprise he was parked right in front of my garage ready to go to work. Wes introduced himself, we went into the garage and he went to work removing the 2 items he came to get. 5 minutes later I was paying hime for a job well done. Wes,Dana thank you so much for your professionalism. You ought to train others on how to run a successful small business. If the 2 of you run that tight on a daily basis, you do need to write a book or have seminars. This is the second time I have used this company. The first time I used them was to demolish and remove a large old structure in my backyard. The second time I used them was to remove a chain-link fence and iron posts. Both times, Dana scheduled the appointment for Wes to come by my house to do the work. Dana kept me updated as to when Wes would arrive at my house to do the work. Wes arrived on time, performed all the work competently, and did it all for a very fair price.
