Not quick. Could have been much easier. The good: courteous, arrived promptly, fit the house into…read moretwo 16' Pack-rat containers with efficient space usage. Not good: 11 hours with a 4 man crew, over $1900. Not to move, just pack and load a house where we did A LOT of prep. 4 bd 3 ba. Nearly all of the garage items packed and staged. Backyard, packed and staged. Master closet and bath and master clothes, packed. Pictures pulled off walls and staged. One bedroom empty. Loft empty. Another bedroom, 3 items. 3 of 4 TVs were already packed (smallest 40" TV left). They spent 4 hours in the kitchen. This was the biggest part for sure and we have a lot of kitchen items. But it wasn't 16 labor hours big. My wife and I could have done that in 2 hours (and I guess we should have!). There were three furniture items to disassemble, a king bed, a crib, and a dining table. Dining table was not disassembled. They recommend buying your own packing supplies. No further guidance. So I purchased the $600 Uhaul kit, plus other items. Well, we needed a trip to the store to buy more tape. Then we needed a trip to the store to buy more moving blankets. Bought out the entire Uhaul, 15 blankets, $150. Brought them home and nearly immediately we were asked for more blankets. Half of the other supplies were not used (thankfully Uhaul lets you return unused items) which almost balanced out the blankets. 3 of 4 wardrobe boxes were unused (seems like those would have been good for the pillows, blankets and sheets sitting unpacked in the driveway). TV box, unused, cannot return that one (what did they pack the TV in? I'm scared to find out). 4 loading straps to secure the furniture in the containers, unused. Towards the end, unpacked goods starting going randomly into the containters. No wall or floor coverings/protection were used. I thought this was standard practice. Lots of scuffs and scratches on the LVT floors. Thankfully we were getting the carpets cleaned the next day. It seemed like we got an inexperienced crew. One older gentlemen knew the business and the others were mostly clueless. They rarely split up which is strange. In past moves, I've had a crew where 2 would pack the kitchen and the rest would wrap and breakdown furniture and stage. Then they converge to load. No efficiency in that regard. Overall, well done fitting the home into two containers with efficient space use. But this 11 hour ordeal ended up costing us way more than we anticipated.

My moving job required driving to a PODS warehouse in Las Vegas, emptying out two large PODS into the moving van, driving to Kingman, and then putting all my belongings into my new house. I received a flat rate bid from the company that I felt was fair. They had recently done a similar job and so were able to nail down the cost. The scheduler / dispatcher was spot-on with communication. She kept me informed about the movers arrival time and adjusted according to my scheduling needs. She is a true strength of the company! I suggested three movers to the scheduler and she came through. The three movers were prompt, polite, careful, and efficient. All furniture was well-padded and carefully situated in the very full moving van. They placed items in the house and garage according to my preferences. Before they left, they double-checked with me to see if I wanted anything put in a different place. This was a long moving day, but the service Ace Moving provided was top-notch, start to finish! Happy Valentine Day, I had the best experience with my local move today between a downstairs apartment to upstairs in the same complex (The Vistas) in Laughlin, NV. Dillon and Dylan (Diego) called to advise they were on their way and nearby, arriving promptly. I apologized often to them for having very heavy adjustable bed frames and a few heavy totes knowing what a job that is to climb stairs to a 2nd floor, they assured me it was not a problem for them - and they were right - they handled a 2 bedroom load of items. The men were ultra professional, communicative, efficient and careful with my treasures. Big tip included, this was a moving price I could afford and so worth the price for the excellent service. Recently I used Robert and the ACE crew for a rather difficult move from multiple locations to Wickenburg, AZ. The guys made it look almost easy. They were extremely hard-working, efficient, knowledgeable, always pleasant and patient. It was a very long day and I could not believe they got it all done! My first contact with Robert was with his friendly office staff. He came out later the same day to bid the job and the proposal was very affordable. We used their services as a few days ago for both a business and residential move. It was a grueling multi city and 5 location move with a packing system that we made more complicated than necessary for them and they handled it all AMAZINGLY!! They were fast, on time, reasonably priced, and handled all of our items and homes/storage units/offices with the utmost care. Not one single item was damaged. We showed up in a 26' UHaul Truck and they did the best unloading job into our storage unit. They worked fast and were amazing, even using the furniture blankets that our loaders didn't use to wrap our furniture as they placed it in the storage.
