She listened to what my needs were and asked me to text her pictures if I could, I could and I did. She texted me and said she received them and she would get back to me with a price to do the job. maybe an hour later she said she had the quote and if I wanted to go with her quote she had time available late the next day or the following day. Dana said he husband Wes was going to finish another job and he would be at my house between 12 and 2 to remove my stuff. That was easy I thought to myself. The next day Dana texted me and let me know Wes looked like he was going to finish the other job on time and then come to me. She said with drive time it would be close to 3:00 when Wes would arrive. I live in a secured community so I kept an ear open so I could let him in. Someone else opened the gate for him so I thought I'd look out the window to check and see if he was at the gate and to my surprise he was parked right in front of my garage ready to go to work. Wes introduced himself, we went into the garage and he went to work removing the 2 items he came to get. 5 minutes later I was paying hime for a job well done. Wes,Dana thank you so much for your professionalism. You ought to train others on how to run a successful small business. If the 2 of you run that tight on a daily basis, you do need to write a book or have seminars.
