I told them upfront about the issue and clearly said that if it couldn't be fixed, I'd just go through insurance. The staff promised they could repair it and quoted me around $300, so I trusted them and left my phone. After that, it was one delay after another--they kept saying my new screen was "on the way." When I finally got my phone back, it started flickering and shutting off within just a few days. I brought it back, thinking it was under warranty, only to be told that they wouldn't fix it and that the flicker "wasn't covered." The manager, Brennan, will say whatever you want to hear just to get you to leave your device. It's all talk until you've paid, and then suddenly the story changes. I feel completely taken advantage of. If you value your phone, your time, or your money--go somewhere else or use your insurance instead. This location is unreliable, misleading, and not worth the risk. Easily the worst repair experience I've ever had.

They saved me from having to wait another week for an Apple Store Genius appointment and a quote that I probably wouldn't have been able to afford. My son dropped it on a Saturday evening and I called 911 Gadgets on Sunday. Adrian responded right away despite them being typically closed on Sundays and gave me a reasonable quote. They ordered the part I needed for next business day and on Tuesday, I dropped my iPad in for repair. One and a half hours later, I received a text notification that it was done. I was even able to pick it up past their business hours. They had me test my iPad out to make sure it met my expectations and it worked flawlessly.
