I've been coming here for about a year and the food is consistently great every time. My favorite sandwich is the Vegetarian, it comes loaded and they will add Kalamata olives if you ask nicely. The Salami sandwich is also great and they do not skimp on meat. Sandwiches come with a side salad or potatoes. Get the potatoes!!! Best breakfast style potatoes I've had anywhere, seriously. Service is great - the lady at the cash register is always very pleasant and knows many customers by name or order. My husband has gone in to order for me and when he adds the Kalamata olives she knows its for me :-) Gus makes the food ( I get the idea that he's the owner) and he really slays it in the kitchen! Gyros and sandwiches flying out as well as some burritos and breakfasts. You can tell he's got a system and it works. Also, he seems like a genuinely caring person, I have noticed that when he has a spare moment he'll be outside chatting with customers. Some Pros are the white chocolate they have for drinks (mochas etc) is the white chocolate powder not the syrup! That for me is either a deal breaker or a sealer! Nothing tastea better than the powdered white chocolate. They also have amazing Gyro's Lamb or Vegi are my go to's. They do have a bunch of other items beef tacos, burritos, grilled cheese, and smoothies galore! The shamrock smoothie is tasty if you like your mint! I have been driving by for 4 years, but I have never stopped. Yesterday, I was craving a hot chocolate but after 3 stops I was unsuccessful. I was driving by cyber Java cafe and said let's try one more time for a hot chocolate. I am grateful that I did! The hot chocolate was good, but I found that they had a good menu for fair prices as well. Today I stopped again and about to try a Philly cheesesteak with my hot chocolate (I needed something warm to drink so no judging). If you have just driven by cyber Java cafe stop and try their offerings. The staff is friendly, and helpful which is important. Not a coffee drinker so I am no help on those drinks. read more

First, let me say I have been coming to Cyber Java for a very long time. I've been coming every since he had the young black cook. Man, I never knew the cooks name, so I can only give you a description or I can say I've been going to Cyber Java for 10 years plus, and it's always been great service no problems. With that being said, there was a problem this morning. First of all, when I called this morning, the woman that answered the phone, (I don't know if that's his wife or what), but she had a bitterness in her voice. She didn't sound pleasant and happy like she normally sounds, like bubbly. She sound kinda dead in the voice, but I looked over that. I placed my order. She did not ask what kind of bread I wanted and then she didn't ask me how I want my eggs, like she normally do. She just took a dry ass order and hung up the phone. No it will be ready in 5 10 or 15 mins. Just hung up. I went to pick up my order it was worse, it's like she was having a bad day. There was no smile on her face, and she was aggressive when she spoke to me, she gave me my food and then say have a good day or nothing. This complaint is about the waitress and the waitress only the owner. He was kind of you know you could tell he was irritated by the way, his body language was going like they've never had a complaint before, so when I came back, I was letting her know because I didn't want her to know it was me because I've never had to bring food back. I was even scared to tell her it was me that was making the complaint so I made up an imaginary client because she was so bitter in the face and I told her this order is wrong. The eggs are hard, but right away she was like everything is separate. Everything is separate there's no cheese and I was like yeah OK but that's not what I'm here for these eggs are hard and you got sourdough bread in my order no one told you to put sourdough bread you never even asked me what kind of bread I want it like you normally do these eggs are hard nobody want any burnt hard eggs even if I want my eggs, softly scramble regular eggs are not hard and burnt and these are eggs were hard and burnt and you can still see yolk or hard scrambled eggs. They didn't even ask me if I wanted my egg South scramble or anything she was just Nasty and gave me my $7.50 back. I did not even want my money back. I just wanted them to correct the toast and eggs and she was pissed She had a nasty attitude and now I will say the owner let her do it because he walked right by her as she was doing it. These people were bitter because somebody bought their food back because they weren't satisfied like this man is not perfect. He even went so far as to chop up your bacon who want chopped up bacon inside of their eggs, I want a regular piece of bacon a whole piece of bacon it's like they trying to trick you because they're not giving you a whole piece of bacon so they're chopping it up like you know so you can't tell that's the only reason why I will say why he would be chopping up bacon everybody like to eat their bacon hole but yeah, they found a way to skimp on the bacon I've never had to make a complaint. I've never had to say anything negative about these people never but today was the worst service ever that I've ever had from anybody because of the waitress alone normally I would've gave her a tip like if the meal is $7.50, I give her three dollar tip sometime even five, but she didn't deserve anything today what the restaurant deserved was a glass of water turned upside down with a penny underneath it on a table so when they pick the glass of water up the water spills everywhere and then once it clears, there's a penny because this is the type of service that they gave it must be something wrong because this review is long. I want them to understand I'm one of their biggest fans I'm one of the people keeping that business open like I said I've been coming here 10 years plus ordering the same thing every time I visit their establishment I know my money means everything. Can you imagine if everybody in this neighborhood stop going to Cyber Java, they would have to shut down. read more
