To make a long story short, when I called to see if it was ready, and what the cost was, they said that it would be $73 dollars, which I thought was absolutely ridiculous. She is very unprofessional and didn't know how to talk to people. Over my last two visits there jabe been yellow stains on my shirts, pants and/or jacket. She has the audacity to accuse me of me putting the stains of the clothes, that they were not done by cleaners and/or there is nothing she can do about it. So I just have to chalk up dinner jacket? He begins looking around for I don't know what reason as the only thing left that has to be done is payment. He finds what it is he wants and it's another receipt. He proceeds to show it to me and it's clearly marked as far as an amount is concerned 60.0 (I figure that the second 0 after the decimal point just didn't print). Naturally he tells me that 'they charged me $60 for dry cleaning it', and that he had quoted me $48 plus the amount of tax. ($3.84) He adds that he was losing money because of this. I say nothing to him about it. But had $55 ready in my pocket and set it on the counter in front of him. Now I had a thought that he might possibly give me some kind of break on the final amount because of having to make 3 trips there to get this finished, or because of the length of time that repeatedly exceeded what he had been telling me. So now it was on him. He pushed a 5 back to me. It's hard for me to decide calling this either a compromise or a discount. Still, I don't figure on being a return customer.
