I got out of my car tried the door, it was locked. A young teenage girl was standing behind the counter she looked up saw me and waved her hand in dismissal. One minute? I told the young man behind the counter that I wanted the zipper replaced, showed him where that damage was done, and told him that I'd like it back by the end of the week. He then asked me if I wanted it cleaned as well, and I said that I would. He asked for my last name, and the name of my street, but not my phone number. The coat was promised for today by 5PM. So, I arrived today exactly at 5, gave my ticket to the lady who was there, and she came back out with the coat, which had a note on it, saying that the coat needed the zipper replaced, and to get an OK from the customer to have it repaired and a phone number! I told the lady that this was exactly the reason I had brought it in in the first place, and that there was no way I could leave it there to have the repair done on it that I had asked for in the first place, as it was going to be extremely cold this week and that my husband couldn't be without his heavy coat for another week. They did clean it, however. The lady did apologize, but blamed the teenager who took my order. Yes, he screwed up, but he shouldn't be working the front counter if he doesn't know how to process orders. I hate leaving bad reviews, and I have used this company for cleaning in the past and have been satisfied, but considering the circumstances, I will not be bring the coat back to them to be repaired. They charged me a very small fee for my expedited order, which I was happy to pay. I think I paid $12 for the hem and it was done by the next morning so I could get to my interview on time. The lady and her assistant are pretty, to boot. Recommend!
