I spoke with a Bobby on the phone and explained my dilemma, she was so helpful and really listened to my problem, after a short wait while she spoke to Nancy the dry cleaner. She offered that if I can get it there by 9:00am, she would have it ready by 2:00pm. I picked the coat up at 2:00pm and it looked great, and I also got the job after interviewing that night. I don't think that I would of been comfortable without the sport coat, so thank you Bobby and Nancy, keep up the great customer service....five gold stars to you. Ken B.

They have a new lady there that is one of the most uncouth people I've ever met and does my belong in any kind of with that deals with human interaction and communication. As the man got it and looked at a couple of things, he then brought it forward and placed on the stand with a hook at the side of the counter. It's final resting place before I got to take it myself. He begins looking around for I don't know what reason as the only thing left that has to be done is payment. He finds what it is he wants and it's another receipt. He proceeds to show it to me and it's clearly marked as far as an amount is concerned 60.0 (I figure that the second 0 after the decimal point just didn't print). Naturally he tells me that 'they charged me $60 for dry cleaning it', and that he had quoted me $48 plus the amount of tax. ($3.84) He adds that he was losing money because of this. I say nothing to him about it. But had $55 ready in my pocket and set it on the counter in front of him. Now I had a thought that he might possibly give me some kind of break on the final amount because of having to make 3 trips there to get this finished, or because of the length of time that repeatedly exceeded what he had been telling me. So now it was on him. He pushed a 5 back to me. It's hard for me to decide calling this either a compromise or a discount. Still, I don't figure on being a return customer.
