Listen up OK I'm not sure if this man is secretly an angel in disguise coming down and helping people who are in a very vulnerable place needing a reliable, informative person to help with their plans, but what ever he maybe is nothing short of an absolute godsend! When I found Chuck, I had just gotten completely screwed over by some men claiming to be architects. Six months had gone by and they had made zero progress and have been charging me an arm and a leg. Chuck got this done so quickly, just a matter of month or 2, keep in mind we were in the thick of a holiday season, and even with all that his timing was impeccable! He got all of the clearance taken care of and always available to answer any questions I had. I cannot go on about how amazing this guy is!!! I highly recommend him to anyone in need of business plans!!! read more

I've used Chuck twice now for plans. Once for our restaurant kitchen remodel. Most recently for restaurant parklet design. Both experiences were great. Chuck is super fast and efficient. He visited the property, took the kitchen design I had in mind, discussed issues with it, offered solutions. Had plans the next week. Chuck was also super diligent working our plans through the city and various government agencies until approval. The pricing for the service offered was a great value. Significantly beating out several other quotes from other architects. Highly recommend Chuck for any restaurant construction plans. read more

I wish could give 10Star to CW Designs. We r opening a new restaurant for first time and burnt my finger with a novice architect that resulted in rejections at health dept... then finally I found CW Designs(Mr Chuck & Ms Soon). I lost 3-4 months due to erroneous drawings and cw designs rescued me from there w completing the entire drawings. They know what is needed to get the drawing and design completed till the point OC Health approves it. My drawings were delivered to me 24 hours before the committed ETA with perfection. Thank u is too small a word for the help they have done us. Ton of thanks to Mr Chuck and Ms Soon. read more

Chuck is the man! He has come to our rescue multiple times. Our first project was Toast Whittier, it was our first restaurant and I was adamant I needed full architectural plans. I had hired another architect, who was really behind schedule. Chuck did our plans in record speed. He also advised us on how to approach and want to ask for with health Dept. Very valuable and very knowledgeable. Talk to this man before you start any projects! Our 2nd restaurant The Benediction, Chuck saved us thousands of dollars. After our initial walk through with health Dept the inspector asked for full plans, plumbing electrical everything. We were days from opening. I had a break down. We called Chuck, he first told me it would take 2 weeks but he could hear the panic and desperation in my voice and he came the very next day and took measurements. We had our first set of drawings 72hrs later. Chuck Woo to the rescue! Now every time we look at a potential space we refer to Chuck for the thumbs up. If you want piece of mind. Have him on your team! read more
