The last time I was in I had a veggie burger which was not good and when I told the waitress this she said well I tried to tell you to have a salad instead. So this time I ordered the Greek Salad - well let me tell you it sure didn't look like their picture on their website! The iceberg lettuce consisted of all the yucky parts of the lettuce and it was brown on the edges of some. The slices of tomatoe (or lack thereof) were pale in colour and taste. My friend ordered a BLT and it came without tomatoe - I guess I got the last part of the only tomatoe they had. I have ordered their chicken sandwich in the past which was very good and this is why I came back, but let me tell you I will never again! Another comment was when the waitress came to our table and asked what we wanted to drink - we said water. Her reply was well you will have to order a drink if you want the special - wings. Tried their wings for the first time, and man were they good. Got a pound of hot and they were just the perfect flavour. They weren't terribly spicy though, so I'll try hotter next time, but delicious nevertheless. Caesar salad was perfect - fresh grated Parmesan, tasty dressing, crispy croutons. Ordered for delivery tonight, we don't live far at, all most wings were cold. Pretty disappointed

Food is good. Wings are solid and the selection is great. The service however is so poor it is astounding. Waited 15 minutes to be seated, then waited more than 30 minutes for our wings to arrive(table of three, so three orders). We weren't checked on after that. And waited an additional 20 minutes after we were done eating for someone to come and ask if we wanted more drinks or food, but no one even came to offer us our bill. When it came to pay, we waited 20 more minutes just to get to the till. What should have been an hour experience(certainly no more), turned into a 2 hours and 15 minute ordeal. Bottomline, you'll get completely neglected in terms of service. The staff clearly doesn't care and obviously it doesn't matter to them if they get tips. And to the management, our table each wanted at least one more round of drinks. We sat without drinks for almost our entire time. Your staff need to be better trained because they are just leaving money on the table. This was my second time there. My first time was not any better, I gave this another try to see if it was just that particular night. read more

Great Wings... Great Service... Walked in and was greeted by the bartender and server within 10 seconds. Looked around and found the best seat to watch the game. Clean tables, no shortage of papertowels, wet wipes and a bucket for waste. promptly greeted by server who advised me of the nightly special. 1 lb of wings and 1 pint of beer for $13.50. how could I go wrong. Ordered the hot wings and they came out within 7 mins. very good and cooked to perfection. celery and carrots were not old. only downfall was the Kraft Ranch dressing.
