Then, when you purchase alcohol (despite being clearly 21+), they come right up behind you without the courtesy of a mask or social distancing for the ID. To make matters worse, as you go to leave, you then get stopped by one of the other staring employees to make sure you had your ID checked (even though she saw it), AND for a receipt. She even raised her voice at me and accused me of arguing when all I wanted to hear was a sincere apology. What's sad is that she didn't take accountability and made me feel like it was my fault. It's a larger location with a spacious layout, wide aisles, and a clean, organized feel throughout the store. Everything seemed well stocked and easy to navigate. What really stood out was the food court setup. Inside this Walmart they have a Subway, Auntie Anne's, and Cinnabon -- which is rare these days. Most Walmart locations have one food option at best, so seeing three recognizable brands under one roof was unexpected and impressive. The staff were also notably friendly. We had a particularly positive interaction with a very kind woman working near the fitting rooms. She was attentive, helpful, and welcoming -- the kind of employee that makes a difference in the overall experience. This location feels well managed and customer-focused. Definitely one of the better Walmart visits we've had.

If you want to visit a Walmart, take the drive to Murphy or to the Neighborhood Walmart up the street on Angel in Allen for fresher produce. When I called to find out where my RX was they said they didn't have it marked for delivery. I gave my address over the phone and paid for it so obviously I wanted delivery so I finally got it a couple of days later after I had already run out. I live in Dallas and it is a huge hassle to drive to Allen for me so delivery absolutely makes the most sense. This month I ordered early just in case. They asked me if I wanted a 3 month supply to get a discount so I was charged for that but only received the exact amount my dr prescribed for 1 month which allows me to adjust my dosage as needed. They tried to say it was because of the way the doctor wrote it but it doesn't make sense when my previous RX was for a higher dose. If there was a discrepancy then they should have called the doctor to confirm. Luckily they refunded me the difference without much fuss but I was looking forward to a discount on a 3m supply. This time I'll assume it was just another mistake made by the younger male pharmacist and not trying to over charge me. I'm sure I'll keep getting this one RX from here but be mindful and check what they give you. Hopefully next month we can get it right!

Allen Family Drug is not your ordinary pharmacy. Yes, they can fill traditional prescriptions but they also specialize in custom or compounded prescriptions. I especially love that they are local and family owned. A pharmacist and nutritionist spent an hour with me discussing specialist, treatments and a variety of options that I didn't know was available to me until today. Thank you Allen Family Drug.

I've had multiple issues with continuity of care with this pharmacy and will not be back. Amanda needs serious retraining and more appropriately a job which doesn't have her dealing with the public. She was just mad that I wouldn't pull up in the drive thru after less than 5 minutes while they tried to right their wrong after I had initially waited 45 minutes for the car in front of me. The prescription I have been taking for the past 9 years can carry some unwanted stigma. I have always been tretaed very poorly by the big box pharmacies, Walgreens, CVS, etc. I also travel for work and if I need to fill early they make you jump through hoops, if they even consider it at all. Since using Scripx, my experience has changed drmatically. The pharmacist Simer and Ryan are so kind, helpful, and respectful. I reccomend them to anyone considering using mail order.
