When I get Frank on the phone I feel like I've hit the lottery because he genuinely knows what's going on and makes sure everything goes seamlessly. And he does this very kindly and patiently. This guy needs to be promoted or at the very least he needs a large raise. I just told him he's "doing God's work" when I hung up, and I genuinely believe this. I recently picked up some photos and posters here from their photo center and they did a phenomenal job! The order was quickly processed and created within 2 hours of sending them over through the website.. talk about efficient! It's great to know that there is a reliable Walgreens for me to use in Bayside. They will now become my go-to Queens location to use.
