As soon as Rite Aid closed and all our prescriptions were transferred over to CVS, I expected a horror show. But I have to give a shout out to every single person behind the Pharmacy counters. When I walked in for the first time to pick up a bunch of prescriptions, the line was very long. However, they had four people helping customers, and the line moved quickly. Each customer was greeted with a smile and a friendly tone, and the transaction was quick. Not once did they get upset, angry or frustrated with any customer even though it was very clear they could've. People are so angry and so quick to judge. You reap what you sow. If you go up to the counter and you start yelling or getting angry at these poor employees (as a few did), you're not gonna get very far with anyone. I expected a long wait and difficult time.
