Pharmacy hold time - A screenshot of an ongoing phone call interface shows a contact's phone number with a call duration of 32 minutes. The top of the screen displays the time as 4:35, signal strength, Wi-Fi, and battery icons. The call controls at the bottom include options for speaker, FaceTime, mute, add call, end call, and keypad. The background is a solid dark color.

Pharmacy sucks. I had surgery and have been waiting 9 hours for pain meds and antibiotics to be filled. No one is answering the phone. On the app it says my meds are in progress but delayed. Trying to speak with someone to see what the delay is and if I should try another pharmacy

Rite Aid has closed as of 10/19/19 and will reopen on 10/25/19 as a Walgreens.

Formerly a Rite Aid, this Walgreens will have its grand opening on 10/25/19 (pharmacy is still open until then). Hopefully this conversion from a Rite Aid to a Walgreens means an upgrade to the photo department. UPDATE: The conversion to a Walgreens did lead to a new photo department! I sent a photo order through the Walgreens mobile app and unfortunately the order wasn't ready at the estimated time. When I stopped into the store, the store manager apologized and he personally printed out my photos for me. They're still working on training up the staff to run the photo department, but the photo print quality was great.

Pharmacy - The image shows the interior of a Walgreens pharmacy with a counter area designated for drop-off and pick-up services. Above the counter, signs indicate COVID-19 vaccine check-in. Shelves filled with medication and pharmacy supplies are visible behind the counter. The floor is wooden, and the ceiling has fluorescent lighting. There are social distancing markers on the floor, and a small step stool is placed near the entrance. The overall setting is a typical retail pharmacy environment.

It's probably a Covid supply chain issue, but they're recently often out of stock of many items. Also, I prefer CVS for their larger selection of organic/chemical free products. I like their $7 off $25 coupons but wish there were more of the items I need, i.e. cleaning products in stock to purchase. The store is fairly big but empty. The pharmacy staff are friendly and efficient.

There's a new beauty shop in town to compete with Eve, Eve, Morning Glory, Valentine, etc. Everyday…read moreBeauty just opened up in the New World Mall and it carries Asian brands. I've seen Japanese, Korean, and Chinese so far in facial care and hair care. And BB creams! What a selection of BB creams! The staff here was very helpful too. They approach and ask every now and then to make sure potential customers aren't lost and confused (might feel awkward if you're just browsing). I bought some sunscreen here and they gave toner/emulsion samples. (I like freebies =D.)

That's especially true for items that are in vogue, like tamanohada shampoo. + They've got lots of testers for makeup products. Cons: - It's not cheap... But it's not insanely expensive either. For example, Dr. Jarts BB cream is a whopping $44 here, but $39 at Sephora. You can get a lot of this stuff online for cheaper, but then you have to account for the cost of shipping/buying the minimum to get free shipping, etc. I think this is a great place to buy a one-off product or discover something new, but I think they would need to provide discounts for large purchases in order to make their prices competitive when purchasing larger hauls. They do like to include free samples with purchases, but that just ain't the same. - The folks who work here will almost certainly keep a very, very careful watch on you while you shop. Sometimes they follow right behind me the entire time. This doesn't bother me terribly - it's pretty standard in Taiwan, where my family's from - but I can see someone getting really peeved about it. I'd recommend having a pretty good idea of what you want before you come here, especially if you don't speak Chinese.
