$19.75 for all this - not complaining :)

This is a wholesaler so don't expect a beautiful storefront. The staff here are very helpful with no attitudes given. I found this place via yelp and went solely for nail polish and was not disappointed. I do have to say that down the block along Farrington St. are a few more nail supply wholesalers with bigger and neater store fronts, but all these stores really sell the same things for the same price. I'm only deducting one star because there are quite a few nail polishes that seem a bit too old for use and that deterred me from getting some pretty colors. You could tell when the polish separates in the bottle and that's the only thing that threw me off, but whatever, saved me a few bucks and saved me from going crazy with the colors. Prices as of June 2015: Essie - $3.25 OPI - $4.00 Duri - $2.75 China Glaze / Color club - I saw a sign that said "black caps" $2.50 aka the ones with the black top, but dunno how the pricing works with the white capped bottles. Honestly though, IDC because I hate China Glaze and Color Club that I can barely tell them apart anymore. I think the colors are crappy, trashy, and they don't stay on half as well as the other brands mentioned above. Professional Size refill bottle of Seche Vite top coat (Seche is life, guys.) - $15.00 !

OPI 50 shades of grey collection, ONE month before its official release! awesome!

another updated review! i've been coming here more often than my other usual spots on Farrington St. because Ace ALWAYS have the newest collections. it's awesome because when i want new nail polishes, i WILL be able to find them there (hello OPI Nordic collection, OPI 50 shades of grey collection!). the OPI polishes are $4 and they're tax free, so they have the best prices around. don't let the warehouse like appearance deter you, go and you will be in nail polish heaven. :-)

I needed monomer urgently and I found this gem. It was New Years and I went at around 4:45 pm. A lot of stores closed early but this one was open until 6 (I called ahead). They didn't rush me at all and I went with my family so they all got excited and picked stuff up and NO ONE BOTHERED US. They have a huge selection of polishes and sets even GLAM AND GLITS (which is hard to find IN STORE + WITH A REASONABLE PRICE). The essie polishes was $3.25 so I picked up 10 lol. OPI was $5 Duri was $2.75. The swatch sticks they had were very helpful in picking colors. The newly released polishes are up front by the cashier. I listed the prices for each item in the products list below. I'm not a licensed tech but I do nails. They literally have materials for everything. Even big quantities of cuticle cleanser, monomer, acetone etc. The bottles to contain each liquid are sold separately. I loved the acrylic sets they had because I can do colorful nail sets without wasting any acrylic by buying the small 1 oz. acrylic pots. My total came up 178.50 for everything and they gave me an itemized list of each thing (plus some free goodies). The stuff is a bit dusty but it doesn't look old or spoiled. I took their card because I will update my review when I go back. THEY ACCEPT CASH AND CARD. Products List: LV nail decals $15 Mia secret all the blues colored acrylic (6 colors) $25 2 ceramic nail drill bits $9 each 16 oz. Mia secret monomer $26 10 Essie polishes $3.25 each 1 non wipe top coat $10 3 color blend glam and glits powder $12 each 1 DND nail set $6 2 straight edge nail clippers $2 each 1 cuticle cleaner $5 and 1 mighty block $1.50 The emery board and 2 pedicure tools were given to us FOR FREE.

The best, fast drying nail polish top coat I've ever used!

I've seen Japanese, Korean, and Chinese so far in facial care and hair care. And BB creams! What a selection of BB creams! The staff here was very helpful too. They approach and ask every now and then to make sure potential customers aren't lost and confused (might feel awkward if you're just browsing). I bought some sunscreen here and they gave toner/emulsion samples. (I like freebies =D.)

The sales lady approached me and asked me in Chinese if I needed any help but when i told her i didn't understand she spoke to me in English. I told her i didn't need any assistance yet she kept following me around for a bit. This made me uncomfortable and it was easy to tell that I was nervous and awkward, but i know she was following me because I probably came off as some creepy shop lifter or something(I kept browsing and picking up things and I had to check my money in my bag discreetly). That's one thing, you have to know what you want to buy before entering so they can take you seriously, this goes for a lot of cosmetic stores in flushing. They have a large selection of eyeliners, bb creams, skin care products, eyelashes, powders, face masks, skin care etc. What drew me into the store was the bb creams. In the glass window display at the left side of the store, you could see all the brands of bb creams like skin79, lioele, missha etc.. They sell the REAL Skin79 hot pink triple functions bb cream for $30, which is cheaper than fashion city's price, but it definitely be cheaper to buy online. They also have many powders and compacts, I saw that they had some lioele compacts, blushes and bronzers and other asian brands as well. They have so much eyeliner! There was a whole wall/rack of it in the back right hand corner. I bought the MSH eyescream gel liner which was $20.00.I asked her if they had gel eyeliner and she recommended this one stating that she had even used it on her eyes that day. They even had Dolly wink products : eyeliners,eye-shadow palettes, eyelashes + lashes case. The Dolly wink eyeliner was $18-22 dollars which is cheaper than Belle's Beauty lab in the Queen crossings mall next to mango(which sold for $25). It's a great store with a large variety of Asian cosmetics :)

The lady who facilitates you trying on wigs tells me that she can't let me try on the display wig in the front but that she can let me try on completely different wigs. I asked if it was because they didn't have this one in stock and she tells me that they have plenty of them in stock but that she cannot open a new package to try on and I can't try on the display. I let her know that it wouldn't be helpful for me t try on a completely different wig and to then purchase one that I haven't tried on because they won't let me try on the display but will sell me untried, unopened ones of that display wig. I proceeded to leave but figured I'd give the store a try so I approached a guy who was the owner or manager of the store at the cashier. The line was without any customers at that time I approached and I had waited my turn so I can speak to him. I asked him if there was a policy that they had indicating I could not try on the display because that's what I was told out back. He said that wasn't true but that if they didn't have any new ones of that display the obly one I could buy world be the display. I told him that I was just told that I couldn't try the display and that there were plenty of new ones in the back. He then looked confused and said well, that's just because once we open a new package we can't sell it. He then proceeded to take a customer and I waited to the side so he can finish helping me as he said he would. He didnt. He took a 2nd customer after the 1st one that I had the patience to wait for and completely ignored me while I stood in front of his register. Sad that I've been coming here for years and this is how they treat a customer. With complete dishonesty and neglect. Never again.
