Instead of coming closer to hear me she just kept asking "date of birth". When I gave her only a partial date (month/year) she got annoyed and started giving me attitude. I normally have decent service here. This lady had no clue what customer service is. She was unprofessional and it caught me off guard. Most of the time it's the same wait inside of the building which is why people prefer the drive-thru option but it's pretty much the same at this point. Every month I go to have my prescription filled...every month! And every month it's ALWAYS…read moresomething! This has got to stop!!! My prescription was sent in two days ago, you would think that the pharmacy would check to make sure they had enough to fill it, make sure shelves were stocked, etc. Nope, not Walgreens. I called today to find out what's going on with my prescription and as usual something has gone wrong....again!!!! This time they don't have enough to fill my prescription and if I get a partial prescription I would need to go back to my doctor to get another prescription for the remainder filled. So now I have to wait until Monday to get my prescription filled. Today is Thursday, that's four more days!!! Over one week since they received my prescription!!!! Now I have to put off next months prescription another week because it would be to soon to fill all because Walgreens doesn't keep the correct stock. Do you realize how this affects my life!!??? I have a 30 day supply of pain meds and each and every month is carefully planned around those meds. Work, vacations, people, places, everything is planned ahead of time around my prescriptions. And every month it's the same BS from Walgreens!!! If I could get that prescription from another pharmacy I would but nobody else has them. This is the worst pharmacy around!!!! After 16 years of taking meds Walgreens has been the absolute worst!!!
