2 stars because obviously the convenience of a 24 hour drive thru is awesome but the pharmacy techs are horrendous. Not only are they rude, but shutting the window door on me while I'm speaking is 1 sure fire way to piss me off. I've been back and forth to that pharmacy 3 times in the last 3 days and there is one older, blonde woman Marie, I believe is her name, who has done nothing to help me figure out how to solve my issue with the insurance company. I keep asking her what I need to d and she gives me an attitude back every time. 3 DAYS IN A ROW! Jeez. The pharmacist is having to come over to step in because she's so rude and unhelpful. Get a hint lady, you're in the service industry. Don't work with people if you don't like them. read more

I am sad to do this to you, CVS. I love your sister stores, but I have had NOTHING but a terrible time here at your "pharmacy". I have since transferred out my prescriptions due to (but not limited to) staff rudeness, incompetence, and general misconduct. Your managers should be ashamed. read more

The pharmacy department ignores the phone and even turns the ringer all the way down so they don't have to listen to the phones ring. They have far too many customers and can't keep up with the demand. They make too many mistakes too. Luckily, there are a few small mom/pop pharmacies in the area that are excellent. We have been using this CvS for last eight years. We had been very happy with them until this year or the end of last year. Suddenly, you have to wait for a long time to get some one on the phone. When you go to the store, some pharmacists seem to ready fight with you. The tone they speak and the impatience would really stress one out sometimes. What happened to this store? I am planning to go to Walgreens next door and try it out there. If I could give a zero star, I would choose it. read more

The store part is usually ok, nothing special but you will have to wait a looong time if you don't want to use the auto checkout. What REALLY sucks is the pharmacy. EVERY damn time I go there there is some kind of problem and they are sloow as molasses. They NEVER seem to have my prescription ready, I swear they wait until I get there to process it. Not to mention problems they have with other people so you are sitting in line FOREVER. They should switch the name from CVS to ICP, which stands for insane clown posse. read more

It's a great place to get your everyday things. They have a great selection of medication available and the pharmacists are very helpful if you need advice. The prices do tend be a little high, but usually going with the CVS brand is a great option. read more

Isabel that was on the register at 12:30 on October 30th was super rude when I walked up to the register. Every time I visit this store she had an attitude and seems like she doesn't want to work. Most employees will not run the register par request and make the customer that requested the register to use a self checkout. I am very displeased with the service at this cvs. I believe the management needs to reteach their employees in the customer care portion of a retail occupation. The pharmacy here is great with customer care, I am only speaking on behalf of the front end of the store. read more

This CVS is awesome I get 7 Rx's a month and they always fill them in 15 minutes. The place always looks very busy but they always have plenty of employees working so there's never a wait!! read more

This review is for the Pharmacy only. I don't shop in the store much. TWICE this pharmacy has given me the wrong prescription for my kids when they had pinkeye. The doctor prescribed TOBREX, an antibiotic ointment. They gave me TOBRADEX, an antibiotic ointment with a steroid. Not acceptable. Be sure your physician writes down what is being prescribed and be sure you check it with what they give you. Once you leave with it, it is yours and cannot be returned. read more

The pharmacy staff here is nice but completely incompetent. They don't have the foggiest clue how to confirm insurance coverage when filling a subscription. They inputted the wrong numbers for an insurance card and tried to force my family to pay fully for an insurance covered prescription. Moreover, they take forever to fill a prescription. Avoid if you can. read more

Although the customer service might be okay, the prices, as is the case for every CVS, are ridiculous. Store-brand items are double what they are at Hannford's right across the street, and the selection is much worse. The lure of being open 24/7 shouldn't outweigh the fact that they balloon prices for everything. read more

This review is of the photo card business. I don't have time to write details but let's just say do NOT try to make your holiday cards with them, especially if it is time sensitive. This may have been the worst retail experience I ever had. And it is not specific to just this branch. As the man at this branch conceded, CVS should not be in the photo card business at all. (I happen to LOVE my pharmacist at the West Newton CVS otherwise I would boycott them for how they mishandled my order in multiple ways). read more

O.K. I am finally done with CVS Pharmacy! My husband has the insurance, he needs to work so many hours per year before it kicks in, at any rate, I went to pick up a prescription, now without insurance it's almost $100.00 and with it it's $10.00, all I asked is if they could put it through the insurance and see if it would go through, but the lady said, "oh it's already gone through as "out of pocket", she didn't give me the time of day, on top of that, the place is so damn busy and there is hardly any customer service there. I called my Doctor and transferred my scripts, I don't want to tell you where so that they don't get bombarded with new customers. I know I'm not the only one who fees this way. Oh and by the way, my insurance is now active, I could have saved $83.00. I could have surly used that money! read more

I was given the wrong prescription twice so I stopped going there. CVS as a company is awful in general. They are too cheap to hire employees and their self check out machines seem to malfunction all the time. It once took me 15 mins to check out because there was only one self check out available and no cashier. read more
