That took smooth 10 minutes, so now I was almost half an hour past my appointment time before I got called back. Really? Your systems are so bad and processes so inefficient? He then insisted that I live in Waterford, even after I explained to him that I have never lived in Waterford. They are in a constant state of confusion. Then he told me to come back in 20 minutes because it wasn't ready. I came back in an hour and, after cashing me out, he informed me that only half of my medicine was available and that they would try to have the rest in a couple of days. I CANNOT go without this medicine. Now, these aren't even their biggest faults. Their biggest fault is that they NEVER have anything that the doctor prescribes and they look at you like you should know what to do. They are just the most disorganized, ill prepared, over staffed but under stocked, sorry excuse for a pharmacy. I am having our prescriptions transferred to Clarkston and will drive the half an hour to avoid this dumpster fire.

The drive thru pharmacy gate was allegedly "broken" and had a raggedy unprofessional handwritten sign requesting everyone come in. I pulled up to the window for my meds at 5:53. I had to park and walk into the building, and got to the back of the pharmacy at 5:59, the man at the pharmacy counter then proceeds to look me in my eyes as I'm standing in line and tell me they close at 6 and I can come back tomorrow and closes the gate in my face.
