In person, the line to pick up medication is always 5-10 people deep. Then when you get to the counter, they tell you it's going to be another 30 minutes. EVERY TIME. They obviously DO NOT CARE about making you sit and wait there with an illness, or if you have a unwell child on your hands. Their prices are also significantly higher than other local pharmacies. I do not use CVS anymore, however, I was forced to use this location during an unfortunate circumstance when I had a sick child that needed medication urgently. The store had a very nice bright appearance and the parking lot was ample. Got my item, went through the self checkout register and got out.... One thing that I really like about the CVS app is that as long as you choose the digital coupons you want, they all register automatically and very well in their computer. Very rarely I've had an issue with coupons that are not coming through.....I did my homework before walking into the store and I ended up saving about $6 on a purchase that someone else would have paid full price for...

This review is only for the pharmacy…read more I was deeply disappointed by my experience at this CVS pharmacy. I entered the store with my toddler and observed the line forming in aisle 13 for the pharmacy, where another parent and child were already waiting. I made sure to walk my son around to stand behind them in an orderly and respectful way. When it was almost our turn, the pharmacy tech looked at me and told me that the line was actually in aisle 12, despite the fact that the two customers ahead of me had not been corrected and there were no signs indicating where the line should be. It felt as though I was being singled out. I complied and moved, but the interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Situations like this can easily come across as biased or discriminatory, and CVS should take steps to ensure all customers are treated equally and consistently. This experience made me question whether I was treated differently because of how I look, and that should never happen in a place of business. Needless to say, regardless of its convenience, we will never step foot in this CVS pharmacy again.

They searched to find a medication for my dog. That is a very hard to find medication. They were able to secure his prescription within 24 hours. They were all incredibly nice. I give them the highest recommendation. Also, the store also gets high accolades for me for their bright, modern appearance, cleanliness, friendly staff, selection of specialty foods, fair prices, and wonderful self check out even though the parking lot is always a little busy. It is well worth a visit to this wonderful store. Special thanks to the Pharmacy ladies for helping me and my dog this week.
