    I've called in multiple times and the pharmacy won't pick up the phone. Time to look elsewhere.

    I stop here every morning before work. Very nice friendly cashiers. Always greeting me when I walk in. Clean store and well stocked.

    This pharmacy needs to be investigated by the state & whomever handles the pharmacy aspect. How…read moredoes a pharmacy: 1. Acknowledge your script on Saturday for pick Monday morning...then 2. Monday morning, 45mins before my pickup, you report there's a delay because it's out of stock...then 3. Never give an estimate on how long or an update on it 4. Thursday I check the app or online for a status...only to find out that it was CANCELED! I call the "local #" only to get connected to someone who is working remotely from somewhere & I ask questions. He says he can put it right in & have it ready for Saturday pickup (by the way, that would be 1wk since I requested it). I asked why it was canceled in the 1st place? He checks & tells me it was an insurance issue. I asked why I wasn't notified instead of someone just cancelling my script? He couldn't answer (of course, like always, it's the nobody who does all this stuff with your scripts!)...then 5. I get transferred to the REAL local store # & speak to a woman with an attitude. I tell her the whole thing over again. Of course, she doesn't know who canceled & why I wasn't notified. I gave her the insurance info (which I had already inputted into their system when I received the new card MONTHS ago). I asked for estimate for my pickup. She says it's up to insurance & it could be that night. 6. Friday I picked it up. 6 days after I requested it. What if this was a vital medicine that regulates blood pressure, heart rate, heart rhythm, clotting, diuretic, blood sugar, hormones, mood, organ rejection, asthma, infection, pain & etc?! Mine is for PAIN, a muscle relaxer! And no, for anyone thinking, I didn't wait till my script ran out, I had a few days left. This pharmacy is NOTORIOUS for playing games with people's prescriptions & this is not the first time they have done it with me. I've had them do this with other medications in the above categories listed. The longest time I was given the run around (nothing to do with insurance, but their ORDERING & STOCKING), was 3WKS! And because it was a schedule II, they REFUSED to transfer the script ELECTRONICALLY to another one of THEIR locations who had it in stock!!! THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!!! I hope more small pharmacies can return since these large ones DGAF about their customers!

    One of the worse Medical supply company I have ever seen. I was told from my daughter's Dr they…read moresent prescriptions to ALLCARE AND also insurance told me it's all set to go. But I haven't heard anything from all care a week. Then week and half later some one called me and said they r all set and within 2 -4 business days I will receive Formula for my baby. Then again one week gone then I had to call and someone on the phone just said it ALREADY SENT FRIDAY VIA UPS AND U WILL RECEIVE IT BY MONDAY. And Monday end of the day around 3 pm I didn't receive it then when I called I got very very frustrating attitude from her. 1st thing she said "ITS OUT OF STOCK " Then I was trying to make her understand how upset I am coz last few weeks I have been spending money out of my pocket even insurance already approved at least 2 weeks ago. Then she said not gonna be available until next Monday (after 7 days) then I got mad and trying to ask why it's happening. Then she was keep saying it's not my fault we r out of stock. -then she transferred to someone and Michele helped me and found another vendor who can ship it to next day.. But guess what??? It didn't come yet.. next day gone.. called again today and got the tracking number and status says tomorrow at the end of the day.... WHAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! I would not recommend anyone to go there. They need to hire some one who can have the personality and ability to say sorry if it is inconvenience to customer.. but they don't do that... i felt little bit better when talk to another rep name MICHELE WAS trying to help me in nice way.
