Twice the script has been ready to pick up, actually in the bin. Twice I was effectively denied the prescription due to the questionable pharmacist. Never once have I been able to pick up a prescription at CVS Millbury without an issue or problem which repeats ever time. Never had a problem at two other CVS nearby. Thanks CVS for denying me needed meds once for a week... CVS strongly needs to fix the vast problems... Start in Millbury.

Monday morning, 45mins before my pickup, you report there's a delay because it's out of stock...then 3. Never give an estimate on how long or an update on it 4. Thursday I check the app or online for a status...only to find out that it was CANCELED! I call the "local #" only to get connected to someone who is working remotely from somewhere & I ask questions. He says he can put it right in & have it ready for Saturday pickup (by the way, that would be 1wk since I requested it). I asked why it was canceled in the 1st place? He checks & tells me it was an insurance issue. I asked why I wasn't notified instead of someone just cancelling my script? He couldn't answer (of course, like always, it's the nobody who does all this stuff with your scripts!)...then 5. I get transferred to the REAL local store # & speak to a woman with an attitude. I tell her the whole thing over again. Of course, she doesn't know who canceled & why I wasn't notified. I gave her the insurance info (which I had already inputted into their system when I received the new card MONTHS ago). I asked for estimate for my pickup. She says it's up to insurance & it could be that night. 6. Friday I picked it up. 6 days after I requested it. What if this was a vital medicine that regulates blood pressure, heart rate, heart rhythm, clotting, diuretic, blood sugar, hormones, mood, organ rejection, asthma, infection, pain & etc?! Mine is for PAIN, a muscle relaxer! And no, for anyone thinking, I didn't wait till my script ran out, I had a few days left. This pharmacy is NOTORIOUS for playing games with people's prescriptions & this is not the first time they have done it with me. I've had them do this with other medications in the above categories listed. The longest time I was given the run around (nothing to do with insurance, but their ORDERING & STOCKING), was 3WKS! And because it was a schedule II, they REFUSED to transfer the script ELECTRONICALLY to another one of THEIR locations who had it in stock!!! THIS IS AGAINST THE LAW!!! I hope more small pharmacies can return since these large ones DGAF about their customers!

He was the same way. The newest pharmacist is curt, rude and talks down to customers. She doesn't get to know anyone and is slow. Sonia, a pharmacy Tech is even more rude. I filed a complaint with Walgreens Co because of my interactions with her. My family experienced the same awful service. She has zero tact, horrible personal skills and customer service via phone and in person and She too talks down to customers. I'm horrified that these two women work at our "neighborhood " pharmacy. If it wasn't for Anna, we'd take our business elsewhere.

On this visit, there weren't many staffed checkout lanes open, and there were only a few self-checkouts open. Once I was able to find an open self-checkout it worked well. As expected, prices are often very competitive, though quality can be hit or miss. Overall, I find Target to be a much better shopping experience than Walmart.
