If I could make it zero stars I would've. Terrible customer service from the store manager who was 100% unprofessional. Even when you call corporate, you talk to a bunch of people that can't help you out that keep passing the buck.I left behind an item and they said it wasn't left behind before she even checked. I made a vaccine appointment for which I received a confirmation email. I showed up only to be told by the pharmacist they don't do vaccines after 7:30pm. She told me I didn't have an appointment. I told her I did have an appointment and even showed her my confirmation, she insisted I did not. Anti-vax-appointment much? I tried to reschedule for the next day but they had no appointments. I kindly asked if I stopped by the following day at 7pm if they could fit me in as a walk-in since they could not honor my appointment. She was rude, unpleasant, and miserable. This pharmacy plays some dangerous games with patients health. I love CVS, but the Auburn MA location is very disorganized and downright horrible. They seem to commonly lose track of my prescriptions, then blame me (somehow?)! I cannot believe the manner in which they treat their customers. I have used CVS all my life and never been so dissatisfied as I am with the Auburn MA Pharmacy. Maybe they think they can get away with screwing people over because they are the only game in town. Either way, the should stop messing with things that affect peoples health. WHELP...They lost another customer (actually 3). Just moved all my families prescriptions to the WalMart pharmacy down the street. read more

Ridiculously unprofessional, multiple calls from physician for prescriptions are "lost" at Pharmacy. Try calling! HA! waits on hold over 40 minutes till I had to hang up. Worcester employee insurance is the only reason I have to deal with CVS. It is indeed time for a change! Auburn Pharmacy across the Street is FAR SUPERIOR and a great addition to the community, I'm done. read more

Inadvertently consumed water that was 6 weeks past its expiration date due to CVS' negligence in properly rotating their product. I was caused unnecessary stress when I realized I'd drank the whole bottle and that it was expired, as I am in my third trimester of pregnancy. Upon returning from my "babymoon" vacation, I immediately went to CVS with both the bottles and the receipt to let them know what happened. I was promptly scolded for "not coming in sooner." Only 10 days had elapsed, and as I stated before, I was on vacation and out of town. No one at the store seemed to care in the slightest about my complaint. I then contacted CVS Customer Service who gave me a case number and indicated I'd be receiving a call from their Distributor. After a week passed and I'd heard from no one, I called back only to be told that the case had been closed without contact and that they considered it resolved. I am now currently in contact with their insurance company, who also doesn't seem to care in the slightest because me and my baby apparently didn't get sick enough for their liking. It's really ironic that CVS is a drugstore and pharmacy that claims to focus on health, and yet could not care less about the health of their patrons, and actually puts their customers at risk through their actions and lack thereof. Although I have shopped at CVS for a multitude of products for 20 years ( first box of pads at 12 years old counts!) this review is really for the photo department. I created an online order of Christmas cards with a picture of my tykes on it. I pick up the cards and go shopping. Should have checked them then but didn't. My Bad. So I get home, pour a glass of help, and start to address the envelopes. The first picture elicits an "ohh, so cute" as I stuff it into Cousin Muffy's envelope. The second picture gets a "whatthefuckisonherhead?". Every other print in my order of 40 was smudged, badly. So that's 20 yay and 20 nay. Next morning I politely ask the lady in Photo if she can reprint them and she obliges with a pick up time of that evening. I head in after 6 and discover that not only did she replace my 20 but threw in *more* (not being specific b/c I don't want her to have any issues from this). So YAY CVS Photo tech for awesome customer service, with a smile, and a perk for moi! Now every unfortunate lug in my address book, exes included, can see my spawn :) Merry Christmas. read more

I've called in multiple times and the pharmacy won't pick up the phone. Time to look elsewhere.

For years I've been going to this cvs because of lack of transportation I couldn't go anywhere else but I really wanted/want to. Now that I can get to any pharmacy I need to this cvs won't transfer my medications to walgreens. For almost 2 weeks I've been trying to get my meds transferred and they just won't do it. They hang up on the other pharmacy and when my doctor was sending them my prescriptions they told me I could only have one something to do about laws (even though I've been getting them since 1999 together, this is the main reason I'm trying to transfer to another store) then they say I can get one or the other but not both. So I try to do that and then they come up with the excuse "oh you can't actually get that one because we need to have your dr authorize which of these 2 prescriptions he wants you to have. Obviously he wants me to have both or he would not have sent these prescriptions in to you! So I just want to get them somewhere else where they actually care about their patient's health and not play around with it causing severe distress and anxiety. My life is dependent upon these meds they need to STOP PLAYING AROUND WITH PATIENT'S LIVES! read more

This is one of the best CVS around. Always well stocked and clean, friendly staff. I've had prescriptions filled, bought goods on the ways home, buy my shaving needs, cards, etc. Its always bright, clean, and yes busy - but that's not a result of a good store. read more

This place is awful. In 15 years, they almost always have a problem with my prescriptions. No matter what time you go, or how many people are in line at the pharmacy, they never have enough people there to help you. My experience today was the worst. I was in a long line at the front and the cashier called for another cashier to help out. A woman came and looked like she was going to open, but then just called another cashier. She finally mosied over to a register and called me over, as I was next in line. As I approached, she picked up the phone and made a call, making me wait. As this was going on, another cashier showed up and took the next person (the person who was behind me in line). When she got off the phone, I started to say something, but the cashier interrupted me, saying "I am sorry, I still have to do my job). I asked her why did she call me over in the first place then? Terrible customer service. I noticed as I was leaving that she is the manager. She should know better. read more

Lately, every time I go in to CVS , I get a very loud, good morning. I dont like being the center of attention when I walk into CVS. My husband is very sick. I go in to get my prescriptions, not to socialise. Why all of a sudden? I feel like I am walking into MOES. WELCOME TO MOES! I dont go there for the same reason. When you hear 6 good mornings in 30 seconds as 6 people come in the door at CVS, it is a little much. Until this stops, I will be moving all my prescriptions to Walmart. Signed. I stop here every morning before work. Very nice friendly cashiers. Always greeting me when I walk in. Clean store and well stocked.
