If you have a well known prescription that's easy to fill this pharmacy may work for you. I came right when they opened and without any customers I was told it would take 20 min. I politely asked for a rush order and surprisingly I was out of there in 5 min. It's surprising because these employees have little customer service training or aptitude. I have other experiences here where they weren't able to fill a prescription and were not helpful at all. They don't call your doctor on your behalf for clarification and they definitely don't call your insurance for you or offer solutions of any kind. So if you're looking for above and beyond service you should look elsewhere and save your time. read more

Why?? Most CVS I have been to are clean and organized. This place is far from that. This CVS is incredibly too large so everything is spread out and poorly organized. There is never enough people working at the front so it takes forever. read more

If I could give the store a minus star I would. The pharmacy people are very nice and accommodating but the manager that was there today Saturday March 17,2018 was horrible. She was condescending wouldn't trust me to hold onto the lousy Zantac she had under lock and key and I had to wait for her for 15 minutes to unlock the cabinet. After which when I checked out...guess what? There was NO Zantac at the register. I am very upset as I had gone into the store for my husband who had surgery 48 hours ago to retrieve some other items he desperately needed. Will NEVER go back there.. Have had to use CVS for may years due to insurance. DO NOT ever have medicine delivered and give them your credit card on line. They double charged me and after 4 calls from head pharmacist to corporate and eight calls by myself the last one today lasting 32 minutes I still do not have a refund. I had to give this place one star to star my review although I wouldn't give them any if I could. I've filled many prescriptions in my time, through regular insurance and my workers compensation. Let's just say the staff here is down right incompetent and rude. "Veriba" was especially rude. I was dealing with a work comp claim and was simply trying to get my prescription filled. First they filled one and not the other that were on the same sheet of paper. When I asked I had to wait for 3 hours. Numerous calls to adjuster and pharmacy. Finally after being on hold with pharmacy 3 different times and hung up on each time I finally spoke to "veriba" who would not let me explain what my adjuster said nor let me give her the claim number. I finally told them I would be returning to the store to get my prescription and filling it elsewhere. Magically less than 10 minuets later I received a call my prescription was ready. My fiancé will not longer be getting prescriptions from here after our treatment today. Oh and the bathroom was hideous. The only toilet paper was on the ground or had been used to line the seat from the previous person who left an unflushed turd in there. I would have rather piss my pants than use that cesspool of a restroom. read more

This CVS is usually pretty empty. There is a lot of turnover of employees so it seems like each person is learning how to handle transactions, coupons, returns, etc. The pharmacy has some nice people, but there is one lady that can be rude or mean. read more

I have had problems with this pharmacy for the longest time. They always take a long time and the pharmacists are rude and disrespectful. They always take a long time to answer their phone. I call in order to save time and not wait for several minutes for my medications. Today I called and they did not pick up for over an hour. When I told them about that, they did not seem to care and one employee blamed it on another worker. I will not be returning to CVS pharmacy and I have been a customer for many years. Tina is a grouchy and rude manager. I try to talk to her about the fact that they have NO UMBRELLAS?!?! It's the middle of winter and they have no umbrellas. Furthermore, apparently they keep them in the electrical department with the lightbulbs, because somehow that would make sense I guess. I tried to kindly let her know of the situation and she just snapped at me telling me that I was wrong. I asked her if she would show me where the umbrellas are in she said we are out of them. Tell me if that makes any sense at all? Overall she was grouchy and miserable and whatever was wrong with her day she decided to take out on me. It is also worth mentioning him that there was an older gentleman who was working the cash register. He helped me earlier and was completely kind and polite. He was professional and helpful. I wish I could say the same for the manager Tina. Perhaps they should switch roles. read more

This has been my #1 drug store of choice for my Rx and basic home supply needs for the past 3 years. The store manager, Phil W. greets me and my family by first name and is always willing to go the extra mile by explaining products and assuring customer satisfaction. Plus, the store is always very well-kept and clean. Although there are CVS locations much closer to my home, it is worth driving an extra few miles for a better experience. CVS's decor is gloomy. And if you've been to a CVS, (which you've probably have) you know what I mean. Just about everyone there is either 1)dealing with sickness (or a loved one is sick and the person is currently dealing with it), 2) picking up health things, which really is never fun unless you're Marie Osmond from Nutrisystem who's all energetic about losing weight. It really is no fun coming here. I can't imagine how the staff stays energized and doesn't fall asleep. I really wish I could give one more star, but again, it's no fun coming here. read more

I was a happy member of the CVS in Camarillo. Then I moved to T.O. and transferred everything here. I wrote corporate cvs to complain. My prescriptions were consistently not in stock. Medications were not ready at promised time. You would have better luck at a Tijuana Farmacia. I can say that today I have transferred my prescriptions to Von's. read more

After Von's didn't have my medicine, I asked them to transfer the prescription to CVS. While I had a prior bad experience at another local CVS, my experience this time was entirely positive. The pharmacy was short handed, but the pharmacist Erica made sure to get the prescription filled in a timely manner and was overall very pleasant to deal with. This location is organized, the staff is friendly and helpful, this used to be one of my favorite CVS locations. Until today I came in at 2:15 PM on a Saturday. The management was removing all the sales tags "because they need to reset things for the night shift" The customers did not know what was on sale because management removed the sales tags. When I saw the manager removing tags she said because they are preparing for night shift. When I told the cashier," It was an inconvenient to customers to remove the sale signs. He said " It keeps the customers on their toes". Makes no sense that customers can't see what's on sale because management removes sale signs. I will take my business else where, since you feel I should be on my toes. read more

I come here mainly for the pharmacy and cold remedies. First, the pharmacy employees are always friendly and are really quick to fill prescriptions of you are waiting. They are also very helpful is selecting over-the-counter meds if you need them. You can find other items throughout the store which can be priced reasonably. read more

When my insurance changed at the beginning of the year I was forced to leave my local independently owned pharmacy and purchase all my prescription medications from CVS. Needless to say, this change made me very unhappy as I knew from prior experience with CVS how terrible their customer service, especially in the pharmacy, has been in the past. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by the service I found here. A pharmacy tech named Will was extremely helpful going so far as to personally (and in my presence) call the insurance company to straighten out a mixup created by the policy change. The pharmacy is still painfully slow at filling a prescription if you are "waiting" and without adequate staffing I don't expect that to change but it was refreshing to have the staff address my mixup quickly and professionally. The new District Manager, Justin Little, was in the store and I was able to talk to him about my fear that CVS's new United Healthcare customers like me would overwhelm the already inefficient, understaffed pharmacy department at CVS. He assured me that, as a former pharmacist, he had been preparing for this transition for several months. Although I think it may take several more months or longer given CVS's reluctance to allocate funding to up-staff (in my opinion) he seems dedicated to improving customer service in the 20 stores in his district. For the time being I will reserve judgement and hope that he succeeds. read more

Alright here is the deal. I work in sales/customer service. I've been to a ton on CVS, Rite-Aids, Walgreens, Ralphs, etc. however, I have never seen an employee at these places or any CVS's like Jeremy at this location. This guy is an amazing employee. Greets everyone walking in, says welcome to CVS, and thanks everyone on their way out. I mean... I an taking the time to write a review about a CVS! I really hope someone high up at CVS sees this reviews and gives Jeremy a pat on the back and then some because he is great. This kid has a bright future and can be very successful due to his positive attitude and great work ethic. Wish this guy nothing but the best and will continue going to this CVS because of his service. He also is just a happy upbeat guy which is always nice. This 5-star review is mainly due to Jeremy and his customer service. As far as the CVS goes, it seems pretty bright inside the multiple times I have gone in so I disagree with some of the dark and gloomy comments. But if the parking lot had more lights it would be nice especially now a days at night time. Could be safer. Store seems clean and the other employees have been good as well but Jeremy is great. read more

I work closely with pharmacies and called today and spoke with Melody. I started the conversation professionally introducing myself proceeded with my question. Her responses were snappy and disinterested. "Name, date of birth, what medication..." Throughout the whole conversation, she was extremely snappy and bothered by me. I finished the conversation and ended asking her "I'm sorry, Melody, am I bothering you or did I catch you on a bad morning?" Her response was "nope." I understand that pharmacies are busy but I can't imagine anyone being that bothered at 9 am. The day is going to be long for her. read more

Horrible pharmacy and drug store is a filthy mess under construction ! Waited 40 minutes for prescription for husband who was in pain from surgery only to be told they needed more time because after searching 10 min for the meds, then said they entered information incorrectly. I asked for my prescription back to have it filled elsewhere and the employee scolded me because my Doctor didn't put the generic name with the name brand. Really? These people are stupid and disorganized which is pretty scary when it comes to medication. Go to KRAMERS PHARMACY ALWAYS! Just left this pharmacy unable to fill a prescription because apparently this branch has some sort of "policy" (not at all motivated by actual law) not to fill out of state prescriptions for my medication, despite the fact that it is a valid prescription, and one that I have gotten filled at CVS pharmacies (including this one) for multiple years. Re: Store employee (CLAIRICIA) 9:30 pm My family has gone to this location for 30 years. This employe should lose her job as her conduct in handling customers and employees was the worst I've ever dealt with anywhere! I went to cvs to make a few photo copies. As I was sitting and looking through my photos with my two boys sitting next to me in two chairs with no other customer interested in making photocopies (CLAIRICIA) came up to us and told me in a very rude loud voice to move out of the chairs in case someone wanted to make copies. She asked, was I purchasing anything. I stated that I had three items and I was making photocopies. She was incredibly nasty and told us the boys could not sit in the two extra chairs @ 9:30 pm in case someone else wanted to copy photos. My son's foot was wrapped for a muscular tear that was healing. He could not stand for long periods of time. She didn't care and said to MOVE OUT of the two chairs. At this point I was incredibly upset with her direct and nasty attitude towards all of us. I couldn't continue. I asked for her name to speak to her about this situation. Upon seeing her I called her by name as I stood next to her. She refuses to look at me and began to walk out of the store with her middle finger up! She stated she'll never work a double again. This was seen by two other customers! Prior to her leaving I had also watched her and how she was treating another male employee. Most people do not speak to their children, neighbors or family the way she was acting out in public IN THE STORE WITH OTHERS WATCHING! I will notify corporate offices and deal with this until she moves to another store or until I do. My son had to stand until I decided I could not do this because I was disgusted with her standing so closely monitoring weather or not we sat there or moved. Her tone of voice and actions should NEVER BE FROM AN EMPLOYEE TO A CUSTOMER IN ANY NEGATIVE, MONITORED, ANGRY OR FORCEFUL CONDUCT. THE MIDDLE FINGER AND RUDENESS TO ME WAS AND IS THE REASON I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW. NO ONE NEEDS TO WORK OR SHOP UNDER THESE CONDITIONS WEATHER OR NOT SHE WORKED A DOUBLE SHIFT. IT APPEARS SHE CANNOT HANDLE HER JOB. TO the rest of the employees, may you all have better days. I've never been treated like this in any established store, restaurant or anywhere.
