I insist and magically they "find" it...then it's out of stock! Or it won't be ready for an hour. When you call ahead you have to go through an extended phone tree then when connected, you have to go through the call center and be transferred to the actual store THEN wait on hold sometimes for 30 minutes or more, just to be told they don't have your prescription that their app just notified you by text message that it is READY! It is literally this complicated every single time. I try to be patient and give them another opportunity to address the issues because changing pharmacies is complicated. I have been with them for a year and it never improves.

One thing that's very damaging to our cars are the huge high speed bumps for that tiny parking lot. Even we drive 5 mph still damaging to our vehicles. With little customers and small area, I didn't see that need at all.
